I am very disappointed. I came in this morning, ordered a cinnamon swirl bagel, with honey walnut cream cheese, and four Butters, sliced and toasted. What I got was an unsliced, non-toasted bagel, with just the butters. And I did not realize this until 2 hours after I got it when I was ready to eat it. What is so hard about getting that right???

Ordered a mobile order on March 5 around 5pm. I pulled up to the drive through and said I have a mobile order. The girl working said “yeah” I started to say “can I pull forward” and she said “it’s up here”…..??? The customer service was not there at all. This girl needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. She didn’t need to be overly friendly, but she could’ve said go ahead pull around, pull forward, literally anything else other than it’s up here ? I got tomato soup and a grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was the saddest one I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that you know is decent. Not this one.

Went there today to order two salads. Walked up to counter to order, was told it would be a few minutes before they could take my order. After waiting about ten minutes, manager stated I would have to place order at kiosk. I couldn't use kiosk because I only had cash to pay for my order. It would have taken manager about 30 seconds to place my order. Unbelievable!! This location aways has very poor customer service. Never have had any problems from other locations. Usually when you approach counter at this location, cashier just looks at you, never acknowledging you. never asking may I help you. I think the Panera corporation should take a hard look at this location, either may necessary improvements or close it down. Some of the worst customer service I ever experience.

Always nice to come there. I'm in their Sip Club.Parking: Pick up and Drive Thru parking areas are together with signs showing which spot is for which.Wheelchair accessibility: The restroom has a large bathroom stall for wheelchairs.

Older man was extremely rude and disrespectful and unhelpful. Asked fit assistance and he gave me a snarky and dismissive attitude. Not sure of his name but he was an older white male, short gray hair wearing a plaid shirt denim jeans. He made me feel extremely unwelcome.

Most emotionally abusive establishment I’ve ever worked at. Worked here 3 years ago, but anytime I pass by it’s all I can think about. Terrible atmosphere, subpar sanitation. Managers at the time were Zaharah, Amanda, and I think the guy’s name was Craig. The customers? Equally as awful. They’re entitled, impatient, and rude. They speak to us as if they’re the only customer in a gourmet restaurant. Most of the workers here are in Highschool making minimum wage. Average time an employee worked there was about 3 months. They would change schedules day of then remove you from the schedule for weeks if you refused to agree to the last minute change. Instigated arguments, inappropriate touching, micromanaged, invaded privacy, etc. They would get into it with customers, then blame the baristas and remove them from the schedule for weeks.
