Sat parked waiting to order for 10 mins no answer then proceed to the drive thru waited 5 mins no answer. Absolutely will not be going back.

It's a shame how bad customer service has gotten. Pulled up to the speaker, and was told they'd be with me in a minute. Cool, no problem. TEN minutes later (no I'm not exaggerating) I hadn't heard a peep so I decided to try a bay. Pressed the button and got no response. So a few minutes I decide to pull back around and try the speaker again. As I drive around the building, the 2 employees working are standing by the front door smoking a blunt. I guess that's why they said they'd be with me in a minute. Priorities.
We dined in well you know we pulled up at the outside thing to sit there in our car but it did take about 27 minutes for our order and it was expensive but if you go to sonic even if it’s not on the menu order a strawberry cream slush,it will change your life,

I was just at the drive through for thirty minutes waiting to order. Guess what? They got my order wrong! I tried calling the store several times but no one answered the telephone. Very disappointed.
