I absolutely love St Louis fish... The staff was very friendly.. even though I witnessed some customers very rude behavior towards them..I absolutely love the jack fillet with fries and any sauce you'd like.. you'll get plenty of food for a decent price.. would have given it 5⭐'s but I wasn't too pleased with the fried chicken ?.. overall I am pleased with the service.. will continue to eat there and would definitely recommend ..Parking: Parking ?️ is plenty

Overall, I gave the 2 score due to the quality of thee food. The food was made quickly, but at what price. 30.00 to be exact! There is an up charge for onion rings not cooked and fully in batter. The grease temps were too low and my fish and onion rings were not fully cooked. Shrimp was cooked to desired temperature. The cake is pleasing to the eye, however, very bland. I would not recommend any of the cakes. The shrimp was not jumbo and the lemon pepper was very salty. Lemon/salt seasoning.

St. Louis Fish & Chicken cannot cook fries worth two red pennies. Every location you visit has the same problem of soggy and undercooked fries. My biggest gripe is they are not consist with the quality of the food. For example, you get a different style of fries with each order and the cheese is sometimes melted instead of the nacho cheese style I prefer. This makes ordering from them a toss up. The chicken is lovely; however, it could be crispier when requested.
The customer service at the Saint louis fish and chicken on Parker rd is horrible the employee answered the phone and was yelling and being very rude he took the order then hung up on me… my niece leaves to get my food and it was not ready and 6:30 when order was placed at 5:57. You ask for a refund and they do not want to honor that.. the manager was even rude. I would never order from them ever again.

I love this place! Correction I love this location because I've been to others and it was disappointing. Service is great and I've NEVER had a problem with my food. The wings and fries are my go to. If you enjoy lemon pepper wings Chicago style this spot is perfect. It's just a shame I don't live in the area or I'd be there 3 times a week. Place is clean. Food is hot AND correct. Staff is friendly and prompt. All good in my book.

So first it would be helpful if the employees understood the American financial system and spoke fluent English but that's an issue on its own.. I'm amazed how dirty this restaurant is my feet are sticking to the floor as I wait for my order. I look over the counter and the floor is covered in raw food and grease. Is the st.louis health department non existent at this point? St Louis county restaurants are some of the dirtiest I have ever seen.
