They are very rude and seemed irritated before I even placed my order. When I began to place my order the guy threw my meat and cheese on my bread it looked very sloppy and he did it with an attitude . Then he put extra cheese on it, I asked him not to I didn’t want all that cheese.He said he would still have to charge me for it so basically I would have to get 8 pieces of cheese or none .I then said that’s ok and walked out.

I remember why I stopped going to Subways by going to Subway today! Not only have they cut back on the amount of meats per serving, it’s as if you’re begging and not paying. One of the reasons I stopped going also is because they raised the prices and a lot are under different management. These people are rude and act like the customers have to ask repeatedly to add more toppings to the sandwich like you’re not paying for it. When you leave you’ll have a bread sandwich. I will not be back. I am not begging you for vegetables and half the meat at raised prices. The employees come across as shady, as if they’re calculating how not to give you what you are asking for.Vegetarian options: The spinach was welted and all shades of green, there was little to none vegetables in each dish as if they were scrapping the bottom. I feel this is a mind game.

I ordered food from this location over an hour ago. They have taken my money but have yet to update me on my order that still says its being made. Im extremely disappointed to see a restaurant taking customer money and then not providing any service or good. Update, it is now 5pm and I ordered at 1:19pm. I called the store multiple times, to have no one answer until literal minutes ago. I was by the subway worker that they can not cancel my order or refund my money, because a door dash driver took my order, so technically it’s fulfilled. I never received my food. How can subway not cancel an order that was made through their app? The charge on my bank account doesn’t say door dash, it says SUBWAY. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Request to pay for extra sauce for my food and the employee was very rude and stated that he could only give me one sauce with my meal. But what I didn't understand was that I was going to pay for the extra sauce. He was very rude and I will not be coming back to subway. Get better employee that are friendly. I will not recommend none of my family and friends to ever go back to subway.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The last (absolutely LAST) time I stopped in there an employee (co-owner?) stop the African American man who paid in front of me and asked if he paid for his food/drink. Complete silence in the entire store for maybe 130-45 seconds then she laughed and said she was just joking but the look on the gentleman's face did NOT reflect the joke and even I was extremely uncomfortable. There was no excuse for that comment or behavior from anyone, let alone an employee.

This subway is not my usual subway but decided once again to try it which the Subway Club is my favorite sandwich but the owners are not accepting coupons any more that comes in our mail, they have these home made signs stuck on case and walls stating what sandwiches /coupons they are not honoring,which is the good more exspensive sandwiches Depending on the Owners that are making their own rules ?
