The owners are rude and tend to deliberately ruin or make your food poorly. I walked in today and she didn’t acknowledge me, keep prepping and even opened the oven and coughed on the bread. When I asked her to please give me bread from other oven,, she made my sandwich extremely sloppy and salty.

Walked in with my uncle, bcuz he wanted subway. Remind you it was other people in the subway and I was just stared upon like we just interrupted something and wen i spoke they didn’t speak bac. A lady was n first of us and the employees was acting like they couldn’t understand the lady like not even trying to understand her, they started yelling at her so I just started repeating everything for the lady bcuz they wer extremely rude to the customer. But wen it came to my time to order the employees wasn’t understanding me and I felt like they were making up the own prices I asked how much for double meat she told me $3 but charged me $4 then get my order wrong and I had to walk her though my order several times again then she keep putting the meat bac , like so unprofessional, and I did not like how the employees were talking to the young kids that were coming in there to buy cookies, and sit down, or to buy a drink, and sit down like they were just rude like someone was trying to steal something from them or just use their bathroom like they were really rude this might be a private on subway and I need to get it under control .

The dirtiest subway I've been to. Floors haven't been mopped, cobwebs everywhere, and the nasty customer service. These workers don't have any common sense and an attitude. i ordered a simple sandwich and they managed to mess that up by adding bacon (I'm Muslim). how hard is it to make sandwiches at location that barely gets business. The workers sit in the back, the phone doesn't work, don't change gloves. The whole place is a health hazard. Let's talk about their customer service, they messed up my sandwich and had the nerve to say they didn't mess it up...they didn't even open the sandwich to see where the problem is. Then after they made the sandwich, i asked for a manager or supervisors email to make a complaint and the male worker said he's in charge. i asked for his email and said he doesn't have one, what kind of clown establishment do they run. He wasn't even involved with the situation! if the owner of this poor franchise would reach out to me and discus the issues I've had that would be great. My email is hamdan.abdallah1999@gmai… .
