I specifically asked for no bacon because it is against my religion to eat pork, and they went ahead and put it on anyway. I hope they can learn from this mistake going forward, otherwise I am done ordering from here ever again.

I went into Tom's deli there were not any customers waiting for sandwiches. I placed my order and was told I would have to wait 25 minutes? The server had a horrible attitude, but I wanted the sandwich so I said okay I would come back in 25 minutes. When I returned I restated my order and ask was there any mayonnaise on my sandwich and was told yes I stated that I specifically ask for no Mayo or mustard, the server snatched the sandwich off the coin and proceeded to make a new sandwich which was thrown together. I complained at the cash register and was told that the store owners son actually was the owner of the deli and was given a number to contact his son. When I arrived home and opened the sandwich it was missing produce that I had requested. I called the number that was given to me only to be told that I had a wrong number! Let's just say I will NEVER patronize this establishment again!

After reading the reviews I decided to try Tom’s Deli. I arrive to the counter and the young lady/man didn’t acknowledge me, just looked at me. So, I politely said, “Give me a moment”. Once I was ready to place my order (less than 5 minutes) I said, “I am ready”. He/she continued to ignore me with its back turned to me. As I walked out a different clerk asked me to stay and I said, “ I’ll take my money elsewhere, I refuse to be ignored and I will be writing a review” Today is 02/20/21!

Happened upon this local deli while browsing Yelp and given that this deli serves Boar's Head products, I had to give it a shot. Located inside the Florissant Dairy, back right corner, is a Deli Counter with all the meats and cheeses on display. I landed on The Julio, no banana peppers and sub Chipotle mayo for the regular mayo. After my first bite, WOW!! Fresh ingredients and bread, the sub Chipotle mayo was a good call because it added just a little bit of heat on the finish combined with the pepper jack cheese. I immediately wished I'd gotten 2 sandwiches to have one for the next day. I've not encountered a great deli in North County, so happy to say, I'll be getting my sandwich/sub fix here.

Absolutely love this place!! We can never drive pass it without going in to get something. My oldest son is in LOVE with the “God father” sandwich. My husband and I can eat just about anything there because they are amazing!! The service is what makes it that much better.

My husband and I went to Tom's Deli today and we loved the sandwiches and the service. They taste very fresh. We will definitely be going back and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Tom's Deli!! The sandwiches there are amazing! They use Boar's Head meats and cheeses and the toppings are always fresh! If you want to have one of the best sandwiches in your life, I highly recommend you stopping by Tom's Deli which is located inside the Florissant Dairy!!

Me and my girlfriend just ate here for the first time. First bite of both sandwhichs tasted like pure chemicals it seemed like it was from the vegitables and made us both sick. Do not eat here. Subway unfortunately has better quality than Tom's deli.
