The service is trash everybody need to be fired. I tried to order online but online wasn’t working they don’t take orders over the phone. It’s ghetto as heck rude attitudes. I’m not going back to this location. When I say the service is horrible they take their time hoping you would leave when you place a Togo order.

I don’t know who made my food. But the forgot a waffle. Then only gave me 2 syrups.I ordered an all star, a waffle and sausage and an extra waffle (I did not get) that needed more that 2 syrups. I always almost order the same thing and I tip. Now the person just got tipped to do my order wrong…

The cook was talking out the side of neck. He was very rude talking and cursing loud talking in 3rd person about the customers. Making racial slurs. Complaining about having to work and the work schedule. I felt bad for the employees having to endure this the whole entire shift. I didn’t even eat the food but I tipped the employees that were they because I felt so bad.
Server was horrible. No communication what so ever.He might have said three words to us.I got biscuits and gravy. They were overloaded with salt and pepper.One of the employees had a newborn baby in a pumpkin seed sitting on one of the tables while she worked.Our table was dirty. And we were the only ones in thereNEVER EVER AGAIN!

walked into Waffle House, the old lady (with a matted old tired 20 year old synthetic track sew in probably used yarn) washing dishes bout threw a tiny skillet at me, told me to get off my phone if I was gon eat inside and stared at me like I took her husband of 40 years or something within 30 seconds of being there?? I couldn't even stay man I just knew she was gon spit in my food. I got the rumored experience ?? 0/0 SAVE YOURSELF

Our meal here was a disaster. It took an hour for them to deliver a very poor example of something that was barely edible. I should have gone hungry. The only thing good I can say about it, is that it didn't make me sick.

A buddy of mine and myself went into to grab a bite to eat, whilst standing there for only a few moments, spotting a few empty seats, what appeared to be, or whom i thought was the manager, (not a very good one), made eye contact with me and said were not taking any orders, I asked why she replied simply by putting her hands up, as to imply that her and her staff were to busy to accommodate any more patrons, we saw four other people turned away as well, all of them, my buddy and myself included turned away hungry and frustrated ? ?!!!

Have not been for a while now, and today didn't make me want to return. Food was good (not exceptional, which is what I actually expected). 1st since I was there for take out, they didn't want me to sit at the counter even though it was empty. I had a wait in line to place my order for about 15 minutes (about 5 ahead of me) then they were out of the raisin toast which was the request by the person who was not with me. Behind the counter was complete disorder with at least 6 people working in front and 2 more in the back. Wait, time for food was another 15-minute wait, at least. Had order of hash browns with tomatoes and onions, which i had to send back not having either. BTW, take out auto includes 10% tip plus 10% take out charge added. I'm just glad i didn't stay to eat. I was so ready to get away from the chaos, so know I would not enjoy the food

Went NYE only taking walk-up orders, not a problem. I'm waiting I'm my car facing restaurant where ppl taking/giving out orders can see cars. I saw the woman wave at least 1 woman from her car to come retrieve her food, she was there before me. After waiting for a long time I saw a gentleman who arrived after me get his food, (he stood outside the entire time) I get out and go to the window where still no one got up. Oh I forgot to mention, several employees inside walked past this window repeatedly taking orders looking out at me! Once this young lady decides to hand me my order after she picked up another bag that she'd gotten ready I asked her, "Has my food been sitting here this entire time dying?" She replied, "yes." I asked "Why didn't you wave at me to come get it?" She replied, "I don't bring food out." I stated "I asked "Why didn't you wave to me when my order was hot and ready, like you did other people?" She lied "I didn't wave at anyone and walked!" People can't look you in the face when they're lying, and this is the first and last time I'll ever come to this Waffle House! My food was cold, not cooked as requested, and the service was poor. I don't have a piss poor attitude nor do accept or appreciate one in return. Satan was not ruining my first day of the NEW YEAR!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB OR LIFE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

The one star was for the person who actually helped. Arrived at 307pm, took 8 minutes to be acknowledged and another 10 to take my order. Left at 343 hungry. Place is beyond disorganized. Called to speak to manager. Never answered the phone. Never go back
