Waiting for food here is crazy, weather it's dining in or pick up you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes on food..this is FAST FOOD! There's no sense of urgency during rush hour the staff acts as if they're lost and overwhelmed. Most of the time they're understaffed especially on weekends when the soldiers are out. I am very disappointed with this Burger King. They close earlier than the posted hours, and I have been turned away three times out of four when I tried to order. The one time I did get my food, the fries were cold and soggy. This is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

They are really slow at taking orders, this hasn't been the first time I have waited 10 +minutes to have my order taken. Their was one car infront of me when I pulled up and they waited a few minutes before I pulled up to the intercom I waited about 10 minutes and had 3 cars behind me when they finally took my order 5 minutes after the car infront of me recieved their food.
