Both times I've gone after placing an online order, my food was not ready at the time specified. I was not given any consideration for the delays other than a simple apology. I do not feel that going back in the future will happen.

Ordered online was told time it would be ready went to pick it up at that time was told it would be additional 25 mins so we left and came back and was told additional 15 on top of the already 25 then after the already 40 min was told it was gonna be additional 10 min because they have been so busy when there was only 3 cars in the parking lot

I think they use baby chickens cuz they're so tiny pieces but they still have a very high

I went through the drive through and they pulled us up saying they were waiting on frys. After a few minutes they bring the food out, and say they got it mixed up with another order. When I get home there are no straws, spoons, or sauces, and the frys are stale, and it looked like someone had been eating them. The box was half empty with all the fries crammed to one side. Further the drinks were wrong, and the baked beans were hard. I don't know what's wrong with this KFC, but something needs to be done.

Never work for KFC in Fulton or Mexico. I am still waiting for my paycheck from last month. I texted Michael Miller on September 3rd about my paycheck whereabouts without a response from him until today Michael Miller texted me telling me my check was at the Fulton location. I went to get it and they gave me an unregistered paycard then called the cops on me for trespassing instead of paying me or getting the paycard registered. I even showed the cops that Michael Miller and Jennifer was lying by having him call to try to activate the card with my information and he was told with me that the card was not registered and the store had to register it with payroll before it could be activated.
