On 01/22/23, I went to Subway to order a couple of sandwiches. There. were three people ahead of me, and only one Sandwich maker on site. Each of the orders ahead of me turned out to be complicated and lengthy (indecisive, changed mind about toppings, ordered turkey when she meant to order chicken, etc.) The sandwich maker, named Lydia, never lost her composure worked through every complication smoothly and with a smile on her face.When she finally was able to get to me, I learned that she was running the restaurant all by herself, and that another worker was supposed to have arrived to help her at 5:00 pm, but had not shown up or called, by 5:40 pm. Lydia fixed my sandwich exactly as I requested, never complained about her working conditions, and continued to be helpful, friendly, and hard-working, even though there wer 3 or 4 customers behind me. She is an excellent employee and representative of Subway. I hope her management appreciates her.
