Rude red head girl and guy that was working with her!! Do better your job isn't hard. You literally make sandwiches. It wouldnt kill you to have a little customer service and not be rude as hell!! HIRE ADULTS NOT SNOBBY TEENS!

The lettuce was BROWN! The bacon, freezer burnt. The cucumbers, nasty and OLD. I wanted a salad, and when I asked about new lettuce? I was told that she was sure it was cut today. I’m definitely taking this subway off my list of places to pop in for a bite. They definitely should not put bad food out for customers!

My husband and I came in for lunch. I got a salad and he got a subway club. Mike was friendly and took great care of us. Lunch was about 10.00 each. Everything was clean.

This is exactly what you should expect with a subway experience. Service is always good, most of the employees are long time employees. I wish subway still had fair prices, but I understand that the franchise is responsible for this and not the business owners.

I would like to start out by saying that I normally enjoy this subway. It is close to home and convenient on late night dinners. Unfortunately with the incident tonight I will not be eating here again. I will drive to owensville to get subway from here on out. I came into the store at 8:00 pm tonight. As we stood to be waited on one of the employees was making food for himself instead of waiting on us. The other employee told him to help with us because he had an online order. He refused and the other employee was trying to get the online order done. I refuse to patronize an establishment were you have to wait as a paying customer so an employee can make their food first. This is by the way the second time in 2 weeks that this has happened with the same employee. The manager was made aware the first time. Now I will contact the owner and subway corporate since nothing was done the first night. I always tip these employees well and 90 percent of the time service is great. Thanks Tim. But management here is sub par. Also would be curious to know if this individuals friend paid for his food that I never saw him ring up. Thanks management for not holding YOUR "employee" liable for refusing to serve paying customers. But I drove to subway in owensville and got my dinner there. Where those employees and their management care about their valued customers.
