It’s the only drive through restaurant that serves what I call a burger.. you can see the meat and it’s bigger than the bun the only place that you get slices of tomato onions and while leaf of lettuce completely polar opposite of the other places

Within minutes of me sitting down and plugging in my phone so I could charge it I promptly got yelled at and told to leave if I'm not buying anything. I understand that homeless people like myself shouldn't be sitting in the lobby if they can't afford to buy anything, but regardless the way I was treated was not only unprofessional, but downright hurtful. I really hate to speak negatively about others and try my best to understand where I went wrong, but regardless I cannot sugarcoat the fact that the lady who scolded me was very rude and disrespectful. If she was polite about asking me to leave there would have been zero issues, I have nothing but respect for fast food workers, they have to work so hard for such little pay. I'm sure she's had to deal with people soliciting pretty often in the past, but regardless this does not justify the way she handled me being here. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for a very long time, and being homeless only makes these matters worse, so when I have encounters like these it truly makes me feel like I'm not welcome anywhere at all. To end things off, my experience here was very negative and it honestly made me very sad. I hope the employee who spoke to me reads this and puts my feelings, as well as others, into consideration the next time she has to ask someone to leave. If I'm ever welcome to come back, I will be sure to have money on me during my next visit so that I don't inconvenience any of the employees.

We were able to get a good quick lunch for two men for under $20. It was a good fit for a busy day.

They messed up our order, but our request was outside their norm so I can't blame them too much. Ordered a lettuce-wrapped burger, and they charged for a specialty bun then gave us a normal order (my husband can't eat bread). They also brought us an extra Sprite.Apple turnovers did not taste like food, let alone apple.But the chicken sandwich was really good.

Ordered California double cheeseburger. The meat was as cold as the lettuce and tomato. How does this keep up with health codes for storing meats at proper temps. The burgers were pretty burnt too. They were hard to chew. When you have more Bun than burger, there is something wrong.

Hardees was clearly understaffed tonight when I visited. The drive through line was a little long. But Misty was working her tail off! She was courteous and greeted me with a smile. She apologized for my wait. She was the only person visible from the drive through line. She made my food fresh and even threw in a free peach pie for my wait! She made my visit! She deserves a raise! The western bacon cheese burgers and onion rings were perfect! Definitely hit the spot!
As much as I like the food, you end up spending way too long a time waiting for your order to be ready. It seems like this location is severely understaffed and the employees also just don't seem to care either. Even ordering ahead of time on the app which after you tell it to make your order you'll spend nearly 10 minutes after you arrive at the store for your food to be ready, even though the app says 5 minutes.

I got exactly what I ordered and it was delicious always get the curly fries and right now they have jalapeno popper bites they are wonderful.

Went about 9pm, waited at drive-thru to order for 10+ minutes. Other cars waiting behind me... Finally I called the store, after about 40+ rings a young person answered the phone and he advised that they were short-staffed and decided to close early. I advised they should turn off their menu lights so folks know they are closed. Very disappointed!

Pretty quality chicken and burgers, (I was really surprised by their mushroom swiss), but this location has the best workers! We come in as a family, and the assistant manager, Alex, takes real good care of us. You can tell when someone enjoys their job! My nieces always ask and look forward to going. Definitely makes things a no brainer.

Ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich and it was horrible. The bread was not toasted, just plain bread and a slice or two of ham and a measly piece of egg. Nothing even close to what the menu picture showed. Add to that that the cashier who took my order was not friendly at all. No greeting, no asking me what I wanted.....just stood there and waited for me to order. I said "good morning" and he never replied back. Not a good experience at all. I'll be going to McDonald's right next door from now on.
