Ordered a pizza online at 5:10pm, more than an hour before I wanted to pick it up on a Thursday evening, and the order was confirmed for the time I selected. I arrived at 6:15pm, the requested pickup time, and waited. The staff were all yelling and arguing with each other so loudly4 that all the customers could hear. The pizza wasn't hot and ready so I had to wait 20 minutes while they made it fresh. Any other time I would have appreciated the fresh pizza, but being in a hurry I would have preferred if they had told me it was going to be a wait. While sitting there waiting I started to notice how it wasn't totally clean inside.
