Went to Gower from the KC area and decided to eat local, try something new. Place is neat, clean. Staff was friendly enough but not stellar. The girl at the counter disappeared after charging us and no staff was seen the rest of our visit. There were 6 pizzas, a salad bar and one sweet option. The pizza seemed old. The crust was NOT fresh, even the calzone seemed that.Over $30 for two people, way too expensive for a lunch with such limited option and lack of variety. I'd gladly stick with Pizza Street, super tasty, way cheaper, many more options in pizza and also desserts.I want to believe we happened to stop by on a bad day, but this is my honest review. Would not stop again.

Simple Simon’s by far is the best. From the food to the staff, I haven’t found any better. I drive almost an hour round trip just for their food. I’ve yet to find something on their menu that I didn’t like, or was bad. I highly recommend the wings, they are the best. I also have to give mad props to the owner and his wife. They are always extremely kind, and go above and beyond for their customers.

UPDATE BASED ON OWNER RESPONSE:The staff was SO kind. They always are. The pizza quality was off that day, maybe that’s why the crust seemed off?? The quality just was not usually what we get. I guess quality, taste, and smell can be reviewed by camera idk?? The pizza is usually outstanding.Apparently it’s frowned upon to misspeak about the order.A male jumped on the phone, because the male “manager” wasn’t very friendly and not understanding.If it were my establishment. I may have offered money back for the 2 liter the customer never got. Just me, maybe that’s how they make a profit ?5 stars to the staff, they’re great.1 for the owners attitude, you can see in previous “bad” reviews, he has an answer for everything.God bless. Not like the usual we get.We also forgot to grab our 2 liter. Our fault. Anyway, that was all fine. Mistakes happen.I call today, explain to the manager the quality of our food. She states she will call back. We then get a call back from Matt/Matthew (The owner). He immediately jumps to “I watched the cameras the pizza was made exactly to order, you ordered the pizza with only half pineapple, I see from the camera you didn’t grab your 2 liter. What’s the problem” it was very accusatory, tone and all. Like we were trying to get a free pizza out of him? I said the half pineapple must have been my mistake when ordering online, I did not realize. He said “you told the manager you had NO pineapple” another very accusatory statement. Just weird.The overall quality was poor.He continued to say the pizza was made correctly from the cameras.. offered no solution. He didn’t care we drive 40 minutes & back often to get pizza from his store. We won’t be back.

This place never fails to have the best pizza and service. Every time I am in the area I stop there for food. Whether it's the full buffet of fresh pizza and salad bar or the wings. This is probably the best pizza place in the area! The cleanliness of the dining area and bathrooms are easily the best I've seen! The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous! Finally, the pizza is head and shoulders better than anything I've had anywhere near Gower! Absolutely recommend stopping here!Kid-friendliness: They have a great selection of dishes for kids!Parking: There are about 21 spaces to park. They are all nicely sized in close proximity and at the same level as the main entrance.
Ordered online. The food was ready in 15 minutes or less. The pizza was good.

Great place to get pizza in town. I am always getting this pizza over pizza hut. Much better taste and fresh! Great customer service and considering that this is the only pizza place in Gower, I am happy it's simple Simon's!

Great pizza reasonably priced. We love going to the buffet on the weekends. Lots of options and they keep food coming out until the end. Only gripe is that the only diet they have is Diet Pepsi. Highly recommend!
