i ordered medium pickle fries and i got this. i know it was late and they probably wanted to go home but i expected a bit better than this.. the lady that gave me my food was sweet but my pickles were soggy and some of them were burnt. it was snowing and no one was there. it should've been close to perfect but i guess no one cares about doing their job anymore
Why is it so often lately that we order in the app, check in when we get there and then have to wait 30 minutes for drinks only? It shows on the screen that it is in the kitchen and then it shows a car hood name on the screen and says they are bringing it out. Today, 15 minutes after that I was on the red button for the 2nd time asking what happened.
