Experience has been terrible. My order was messed up and called the restaurant. Was hung up on once but then the manager was very kind. I called about getting the remake tonight and the employee was very rude and hung up on me. The lack of customer service is terrible. Could not say any more clearly, do not eat here.

I was hesitant to try this location based on the low ratings but I had a great experience, customer service was outstanding as well the amazing food.Wing stop is the best place for lemon pepper wings! It is so good along with their fries. Definitely will be back!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place always gets my order incorrect. Wingstop, how do you fuck up chicken wings. They gave me plain chicken no sauce. I'm going to make the drive and go to a different location because this location is awful. I'm never going back there. Avoid this place at all cost.

Stopped in for dinner one night. Crew did very well. Wait wasn't too long and any issue was fixed right away.Food: Great. Everything was on par for Wing Stop. Did really well. It stinks when they skip on the sauce and they did not do that.Service: Awesome. The young man at the counter was exceptional and very attentive. Really took care of everything.Atmosphere: Good. Maybe could have been cleaner but it wasn't bad. All around good experience.

The first time I went here, my chicken sandwich was raw and my fries were soggy. So that's cool. But I figured, "Hey maybe that was a fluke. I'll give it another shot. At least my order was accurate."The second time I went was chaos, it was like I ordered food from a Genie. They gave me a large order of fries instead of regular, which SOUNDS nice, but they didn't season them despite me asking for extra seasoning. They also gave me extra tenders, but left out the ranch and bleu cheese that was supposed to go with them.Place is clean and the staff are friendly enough. But, my goodness, I don't even know what they're doing in the kitchen.Try harder, Jocelyn. C'mon, girl.

Got ghetto young dudes working the register listening to music on they AirPods, suggesting cash tips for bad service, manager is overworked because her help sucks so you can tell she gave up on good customer service. Ordered food on one order but for multiple people, and they threw all my chicken in the same box to the point where the seals fell off.

We LOVE wing stop!!! So when we moved to the grandview area, the family was excited to see there was one nearby. We finally tried it. Omgoodness!!! No one could eat their meal… I spat out my food and tried to wash my mouth out. The only other time I tried to wash my mouth out bc of the taste being so rancid was spoiled milk. Please save your time, money and digestive system from going through what my family and I did.

This place take's absolutely forever and always finds a way to mess up my order anytime I order online or at the store. Not to mention the workers constantly getting distracted from making the order by their "friends". It's simply embarrassing, the staffing and leadership inside the restaurant seems so unprofessional from the outside looking in. While I was waiting on my order (35 minutes in) apparently the lady who was servicing me forgot my order??? Maybe she would've known if she hadn't have talked the entire duration that should've been the cook time. Food is okay and can be very good at times but service is disappointing.

This was actually our second time visiting Wing Stop at this location. The first time was horrid not even sure why we came back. Oh, now I remember it was late, we were hungry and this was all that was open.Let me say they've improved tremendously from the first visit. You can tell they've overhauled the staff, they appear to have a more solid management team and the customer service has improved by leaps and bounds.The quality of the food was good. The order was accurate and it was hot and fresh. I tried the fried corn and it was pretty good but I don't think I'd order it again. Just personal preference on taste and presentation.I gave gave four stars because we placed our order and were given a time frame of when the order would be ready. We left and came back and the guy said it would be an even longer time. We waited that amount of time and my brother went in this time to check on the progress of the order. They told him they hadn't even started on the order yet. That part was ridiculous.Although there's obviously still some room for improvement, they are moving in the right direction in other areas. If they get the efficiency piece down with getting the orders out when promised then they'll totally be "cookin' with HOT ? grease" (pun intended).
