I haven't eaten at Arby's in a long time and I was disappointed in the food. The restaurant just seemed "blegh." There wasn't any ice in the soda dispenser. My niece got sick from her meal. I probably wouldn't eat at this Arby's again.

They didn't want me there at 9:20pm 4/14/2024, closing at 10pm. I dinned in and my food was put in a to-go bag. A medium cup less than half a cup of ice, all sodas were flat. Ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch. When I received it the wasn't enough ranch to cover a quarter, one slice of Turkey, one piece of bacon and a slice of cheese still cold on toasted bread. The leader of duty didn't have any customer service skills. He didn't even offer to fix it, so I just asked for a refund.

Came in at 9:20 the guy that's the manager on shift blirts out, great now I'll have to stay till 11:40The drink machine was messed up. No ice. Food was not right and the guy was disrespectful to my wife when she asked about drinks. Several others were complaining and some even left over the guys attitude. This is ridiculous and sorry business ethics. When I come in and drop 50 bucks the guy does t habet to treat us like trash just because he was trying to close the doors sooner than advertised times!

It took nearly 20 minutes for a single classic roast beef sandwich. How?Staff seemed disorganized.Sticky floors - you can see footprints tracked around the store and empty paper towel dispenser.

Still have to wait even when you place mobile order in advance and arrive on time. Apparently, the drive thru orders and carry out orders are priority even when placed 7+ mins after an online order. Second time in a row it’s been a long wait despite not being busy. I didn’t complain first time because the sandwiches were great. Not this time. Literally, saw the back line stop working on my sandwiches to work on the guy who just placed a carry out, then once his was done, go back to work on my order. Next I find out after I receive my order that they’re out of some of the premium ingredients the premium sandwiches calls for. Which happens, but why should you still have to pay full price? Why not say, “Well, we’re out of that, would you like a drink or dessert for the inconvenience?” Also, not a good idea to inform the customer you’re out AFTER the customer takes the initiative to ask. Tell customers when they arrive and as they order. They shouldn’t open the bag at home to find out and drive back just to be told—“oh, we’re out that’s why it wasn’t included.” Just a poor system and management. Luckily that didn’t happen for us this time or the rating would be a lot lower. I’m just saying it could be even worse, so they need to work these kinks out. They’re just too expensive for nothing but a quality experience every time.
Ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches. I think the roast beef may have been leftover from yesterday as it was a dark brown color and tough. Even had crispy edges.

The 2 for $6 crispy fish sandwich rocks! It was so good, I ate both. I just couldn't wait until later. I highly recommend it! Jalapeno poppers are a must!
