Ordered online and arrived for pickup to the doors locked and went through the drive thru to be told the don’t have chicken and then at the window got told to get a refund and the woman slammed the window closed

Read the reviews and went anyway because I thought some of them might be a little harsh, nope ! I ordered a four piece meal and there were only three pieces....you had one job, count to four. The biscuit was crunchy like it was from the day before. When I was ordering the girl kept having me repeat what I was saying, because all the other employees in the back were messing around and she couldn't hear me.

The car in the drive-thru ahead of us drove off and anger and then we were given our food The girl that gave us our food rolled her eyes when we asked her about the order why it's not being a combo we said we wanted 3 combo's that come with a 10-piece sauce chicken fries a biscuit and a drink for $9.99 she said we didn't ask for a combo but yet when I was in the drive-thru at the order station I was asking about the combo and that is what I ordered she proceeded to roll her eyes again and got her manager her manager had severe irritation and anger when she got to the window and said what do you guys want I proceeded to tell her that the young lady that took my order got the order Miss confused and I was willing to pay the extra to make the order right she said well you're going to have to just get out of line I'll have to do a refund and you'll have to just go back through the line and then she shoved the bag back in my hands and slammed the door in my face another manager came out of the office after hearing all this asked if everything was okay I told her what was going on and she said well we can make this right this time and then turned around and slammed the door in my face again without even hearing the rest of what I had to say she handed me a bag of fries no biscuits so I got the three combos minus the biscuits which is not a big deal but the customer service is definitely a big deal that is what drives the company! You guys can do better I know you can and if you guys weren't doing anything wrong there wouldn't be a lot of angry people driving off The people that are purchasing these meals are the ones that are providing the employees their paychecks and they just soon forget that

Spent 45 min in the drive through and 15 min in front of the window. Never got food. It was 3 cars in front of me when I first got to the location. Manager had no Idea this was going on when I asked to speak with her. Also, couldn’t tell me how much longer it would take to get my order, just kept asking if I wanted a refund. All I had ordered was 3 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. If you think you want a quick lunch don’t do to this place.

Went thru hannibal drive thru and ordered 3 pc dinner w/ slaw & mp. Had an hours drive and when I got home I did not get what I ordered, got tenders instead...I called and I could not believe that I was questioned why I "waited so long" to open my meal!!! Umm...driving...And unless I drive back up there, there was nothing she would do... she was very belligerent, talked over me and would not listen to what I had to say at all! Had to just hang up. Never again will I patronize this business!!!

This location is a joke. Ordered a breast and some of their nuggets. First online said order ready. Got there and they said they did not have extra crispy. Said okay to the regular. Then they said there is a problem with the order as they have none of the nuggets cause they are frozen. Told them to cancel the order and they said they cannot do that and I have to. Call the 800# number to talk to a person I cannot understand who says to call later because he cannot do anything. This store should just close down already.

I have been going through the drive thru for about 9 months so I can't say about the inside. I do know that they updated some of the inside recently. The food is always good, and hot.

Drive-thru: took forever. Employees appeared unknowledgeable concerning their menu. Didn't even have extra crispy for the day--second time in two months that this KFC didn't even have what they are supposed to sell!! Food is fairly exensive and then you stop in, waste some time, order (but not get what you really want), but time is limited and a person has to suck it up and pay for this nonsense. Never again! I think the only reason why this place still exists is because Hannibal has so few fast food choices!
