This is the worst Wendy’s we have been to, orders are always screwed up and super slow. We thought we would try again today but same story, both chicken sandwich and nuggets were spicy which we did not order. Definitely passing by on our next trip through Hannibal!

Stopped there on Thursday night driving back to St. Louis.Took 20 minutes to get our food to go with only 1 customer ahead of us in line.Bathrooms were unsanitary and disgusting. Johnny on the spot types are much cleaner. Got back on road and started eating. Food was cold. Half way done eating I turned light on inside vehicle and my burger was pink in the middle. Now I have spent all day Saturday in bed and bathroom with food poisoning

Do not come here! No potatoes, no salads, no toys for kid's meal, and no crackers for the chili! Come on Wendy's staff! What's going on here? Won't make the same mistake twice.McDonald's down the street is kicking it.

Do not eat here! We were told by the cashier that they had just had 200 orders in the past 2 hours before we placed our order. I figured this is a good sign then...the food should be fresh. It was cold, the burger was dry, and the fries were soggy. I have never had such poor food at a Wendy's before. The pop machine was out of ice and out of anything under the Coke category except regular Cola...no problem...it was all carbonation and no syrup. All of the condiment section was pepper and sugar I believe. Again, not a huge deal. Asked for ketchup packets and they were happy to provide them. When you combine the poor food, the drink machine, the condiment section and the general frigid temperature of the lobby, it was a horrible experience. At least 10 people came in while we were seated, only 2 of those people had been helped by the time we left. I ripped my sandwich in half and took a bite straight from the middle. Cold and dry.

I am a doordash driver and for several months I have waited for hours to get my customers order. When I finally get their order it's late every single time and I get docked for it. I had a door dash order this evening (November 4th 2023) there was two employees eating food and not once did any employee come to the drive thru window to help me. Just for this order tonight I got a make against me for having my other doordash order late. This is not fair for me to get a mark against me when it takes forever to get orders from Wendy's. Honestly in my opinion there should be something majorly done about this matter and me not getting a mark for the employees not doing their job while on the clock to get the orders out quickly. This complaint is for the Wendy's in Hannibal Missouri. I will never go to the Hannibal Wendy's ever again with this kind of service and the long wait times that it takes to get the orders. The bad part about this whole issue is there in no one else there to pick up a order or place an order.

45 minutes waiting in line. I understand staffing is hard, but that's a little crazy. They are out of a lot on the menu, but dont post anything about it being out. Orders are wrong and much more.

This place is the sorriest place I ever ate. Everyone has a bad day but two trips there in a 2 weeks span with the same results. Slower than molasses in January. Soda machine had no ice, and soda was out or flat. This is an example of poor management, not short staff. The only plus is that the food was fresh because they were so slow.
