Placed an app order on 4/15/2022 staff was very friendly and attentive, when I told them I was waiting outside because I had kids in the car that brought my order out to me! Order was hot and fresh thank you burger king

Seriously! Shame on this location! Grand opening was great but have been back several times since and least to say the quality has been horrible! Cold burgers and my granddaughter usually loves the chicken fries but got them home which was only 3 blocks away and they were hard as a rock and completely dried out! Wouldn't even feed them to my dog! Sorry but if this continues I will no longer be a customer at this location! I do have to say one more thing. The customer service was great. Very fast and friendly so I thank you for that.

Arrived to pick up a mobile order, restaurant was locked. Went to drive thru, and by the time I got to the window they'd forgotten about me. Wa s told to pull forward and they'd bring my order out. Five minutes later I left empty handed as they'd not brought it to me and I couldn't afford to be any later for work. After previous problems I really shouldn't've given them another chance.

I only go to this location in the morning, food is good, but the guy that is the manager will ask me for my order and then tell me to hold on a sec which is annoying, just ask me when you're ready. Also more than half the times I'm there, I am told to pull up and they'll bring my food out. It's never more than a croissant or two w/hash browns. Food is good, service could definitely better.

Drive Thru is the slowest I've ever seen in my life. Their customer service skills at the windows AMAZING. However took 30 min to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. The tea was stale and nasty. My husband has to go in to get ou food. They get 2 stars because the young ladies taking the orders and payments were very nice, thorough, and accurate.

My experience i just had at Burger King #25185: I pull up to the drive thru speaker and I am greeted and I begin ordering with my coffee, and the order taker immediately tells me my total and to pull around. I ask, "may I please order more?" He abruptly replies, "what do you want?" I continue to order and as I am ordering each item he then asks after everything I say, "is that all? Is that all?" He then asks me to pull around with no total given. When I arrive at the window, " he greets me by opening the window and putting his hand out and staring at me impatiently without saying a word to me. This gentlemen had a grey zip up jacket, average build, dark hair. I hand him my debit card for payment. He processes the payment and silently hands the card back to me still not saying a word to me and then walks away. He returns a minute later and says, "pull up in front of the car ahead of you and we will bring your food out." I reply, "yes sir, thank you" to his curt demand and pull forward with no kind words from him. When the lady brings my order out to me a few minutes later, I ask if she is a manager here. She replies, "yes, I'm one of them." I said, "the gentleman at the window was pretty rude.." She smiled and said, "yeah, he is pretty rude in the mornings, he is not a morning person." I replied, " so, this is normal for your business to be rude to customers?" She said, "honestly, it is my last day here. He is a manager, too, and he is always like that. They won't do anything about it. And the General Manager is brand new here and doesnt know what is going on." I said, "okay, thank you, sorry to be a bother. Have a good day!" And she walked away. Being a restaurant manager myself for a large corporation, I know that someone cares to hear about this experience, and nothing will change unless you are informed. On a positive note, my experiences at that burger king with the young lady that works drive thru window with curley dark and red hair have been exceptional!

At first I'd have given them 4-5 stars first week they were open fast and friendly service and they got orders right the first time. Now the last three times I have gone there they all seem confused getting orders mixed up and or not get them right. I don't expect a burger to look like it's picture but they need to start putting some effort into these burgers. Half the time the meat is so bone dry you have to choke it down with a drink. Long story short this place is no different than other fast food.

First time at this new location and my experience wasn’t good. My Chicken sandwich was wet and tasted uncooked. My sprite was flat and tasted nasty. The only thing I ate was the fries. Customer service was great though.

This is by far the best Burger King location I have ate at. The crew here is urgent and very friendly.

It's a BK with a closed dining room due to COVID. This was a new place in November 2020 so everything is still bright and shiny. It's tough to evaluate drive-thru speed--unless I'm the only person in line--because inevitably it seems i get behind the driver ordering for a team. But I can evaluate drive-thru service. I don't think food or drink should ever pass the window without napkins or straws. Missing napkins made my order incomplete in my opinion. An odd drive-thru feature here is the inset window from the building, which means a longer reach, more easily dropped coins, and a little louder communication. The lot design requires circling the store after picking up your drive-thru order to get back to the main road.
