This was my first visit to this location. Sunday evening, and there was no wait in line. This location serves drive-thru and has a window for walk-up service. There is no dining room here. The service was great, and the food was cooked fresh. Was still a nice temperature when we sat down to eat. We weren't disappointed. Our food tasted great. ??

I'm not understanding why I had to wait 15 minutes for my food and it wasn't busy. No one came to let me know it was taking a long time. I tried to wave down a worker n she just went to the back. Horrible customer

Did an online order and went to pick up. First time there, and I wasn’t sure where to pick up. Went to walk up window and food wasn’t ready yet. However staff said go ahead and wait and we will bring it out. There was 2 mins on my catfish. It was another 5 or so minutes but all of my food was hot, fresh, crispy, and good. They provided plenty of sauce and we really enjoyed our meal.
Food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. ALL FOOD is cooked when you order it, so it is fresh and delicious.They do / can NOT precook anything, or it will be really lousy food, so you will have to wait a few minutes, but it is SO WORTH IT to get fresh hot food.But I ordered on the APP and it kept texting me, saying my order was ready via text.That is the APP not the staff doing that, so be prepared for that to happen.

Loved it! Oh my goodness! Ordered the family meal & it was delicious! Everything fresh! The meal came with 12 fish, 12 shrimp, 3 stuffed crab shells, 12 hush puppies, & 2 HUGE sides all for a reasonable price! I also couldn’t resist the fried okra! The customer service was excellent! This is an express location so only to go orders. Will definitely be going back for more!

Oh my goodness! Ordered the family meal for dinner and it was delicious! You get so much food!! The meal came with 12 fish, 12 shrimp, 3 seafood stuffed crabs, 12 hush puppies, & 2 huge sides!! Everything was fresh & yummy! The customer service was excellent! Such nice guys! This location is an express location so just to go orders but cute little place! Order from the app, it's so convenient! Definitely will go back for more!

This is a new Captain D's drive-thru restaurant that recently opened in my neighborhood. I ordered a 2 piece fish meat with broccoli and cole slaw. The fish and cole slaw were delicious. My issue was that they had broccoli displayed on their sign. However, that didn't sell broccoli at that particular location. Lastly, my hush puppies were gummy on the inside when I bit into it. It seems as though several of their employees need training when it comes to cooking hush puppies. I frequent various Captain D's locations because I like fish. Mushy, gummy, hush puppies come from cooking them in hot grease while they are still frozen instead of allowing them time to thaw out. Wow! Maybe someone from Captain D's will see this message and correct things. There's nothing like spending your money on a meal, and you have to throw it away.

I think long John Silvers got them beat! The fish fillets were so little and resembled more of chicken fingers than fish. They only have a walk up window or drive thru here. The drive thru was so long so I went to walk up window. My order was taken super fast, the girl said it be about 5 min. Well 20min later I was still waiting justbto find out that my food was given to someone else. The staff are very friendly, but the quality of the food not so great. Like I stated in the beginning I would go to Long John Silvers over Captain Ds any day!
