I went there at 9:30 pm. The kid working had locked the door and tried to hide near the window on his cell phone. 2 other people were waiting. Turned him in, and went back but the food was not good so its the employees screwing off on the job. I already got my free sandwich from corporate so please do not leave me a response Jack N The Box.?

Terrible Customer Service on 2/20/20 at approximately 5:19 pm I ordered a number 12 with no tomato which is a chicken sandwich that comes with bacon and ranch right ok, now I check my food I had a sandwich with tomatoes and no bacon, I get my food remade and found my fries upside down face down in my bag I promise you whoever the manager of this shift should be fired because not only the fact you messed up my order, or whoever y’all did not care whatsoever that I paid this food with my hard earned money!! I am highly disappointed in all of the staff, also one guy was walking around in flip flops with socks on since when do Jack n.the box except dress approval like that if I’m lying check the cameras.. I’m highly dissatisfied!!!

Depressingly disappointing! Food is never fresh! This store should either pay for better quality managers and employees or just close there doors permanently! Night shift has alway been horrible for the last 10 years.

The place is run down, employees are rude. The order is WRONG everytime you go there. I should really blame myself, because of the service at this location, which is 2 blocks from my house, i usually drive a mile out of my way to the next one. I was tired and it was rush hour so i figured i give it a shot. Since i haven't been here in a couple years.

This location is usually hit-or-miss, last time I ate there the food was fast/hot, service was good, only problem was the ice in the soda machine was down (Likewise, soda was flat). When I tried to visit today 12/03 at around 12:20 PM, the lady cut me off when I was ordering to say ''We don't serve breakfast anymore!!!'' Instead of arguing the fact that you guys do it all day, or that no effort was made to alert the public of this change, I simply left and took my business to McDonald's up the road!!! If you don't wanna work then don't work, but don't cut off part of the menu just to make your job easier!!!!! I'll just eat somewhere else or commute to a different Jack in the Box, don't nobody got time for none of this!!!

Food is cooked hot and fresh nd they always have whats on the menu. Pretty fast every time Ive gone there which is pretty sporadic.

Literally the worst location ever. Every time I go here they act like they're closed. They're "open" but the lights are off inside and no one answers the drive thru. Once two employees were actually having sex against the drive thru window. No joke

Customer service was horrible & the cashier messed up our order. She seemed as if she was having a bad day @ work. I went inside to speak with the manager. She corrected things. Tip of the day: if you're not happy about where you work, 1) don't take it out on customers 2) find a new job!
