This location is almost always busy, no matter what time of day, and unfortunately the drive-thru moves very slowly. In my various experiences there, the staff is not friendly at all. In fact, it is downright uncomfortable having to pull up to the window to be face to face with them. I rarely get food from there anymore due to the uncomfortableness from having to deal with the employees at the window. However, the food is always hot and delicious.

Typical fast food location with drive thru for burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sides. The tacos are the best thing there. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there was no bacon in the bacon swiss burger, the fries and tacos were cold, and there was no meat in one of the tacos, just lettuce. Typically this place is on point and does a great job at other locations. Even cold, it still tastes good.

These Jack in the Box workers are the most incompetent people I've ever met! I used to work in the fast food industry and I've never seen such a disorganized and slow fast food restaurant until now. They forgot to pack my damn Cheeseburgers that ended up costing me almost $20.

Can't ever count on them being open when they're supposed to be. Only 2 people usually working the late/overnight shift, so food is not always the greatest and does generally take longer than normal. Def would rather go elsewhere, but alas, nobody wants to stay open 24 hours anymore, so besides this, there is an extremely limited choice, for that, I figure its worth it.
Went through the drive thru this morning placed my order and she just come around to the window. Usually my order in $9 & some change. When I got up to the window I could not hear her. She was not speaking up. She said it was $5 and some change. I was confused. Well she only rang me for part of my order. So I got my money ready for her to re ring the rest. Still could not hear her. She rolled her eyes and said that was for the rest of your order. She told me to pull around. She came out with an attitude. Did not speak and went back inside. I get having a bad day. However, be professional and leave it at the door. If you hate your job find another. It's not personal. People just want the food.

The worst service ever and I know because I’m a waitress the rush me over the speaker like every thing I sad they say that’s all before I was done speaking I have two orders they put everything in one bag they my food was not fresh at it was all cold ask them to just remake the combo fresh they roll they eyes like he just cooked that then told me to move my car I said I’ll wait here she said she was go call the police I spent 100$ on food they bought the same food back out was still not fresh just redrop the fires and didn’t give me all my food had to be at work so I couldn’t go back in
