Food was good, like any other Mexican restaurant. My waitress was horrible, no personality at all. Took the drinks and food, no silverware, we have to stand up and go to her and ask for anything we needed, (we were the only customers) including another drink. However the bartender was very helpful, i think he saw our struggle and decided to help. I wanted to tip him but he was gone by the time we left (Javier) thank you for your help.

The choriqueso was fantastico! We also got the birria tacos and they were superb. Easily the best in Saint Louis. Margaritas are so flavorful that you can't taste the liquor but you definitely feel it. You have to try this place.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Owners are great people

If you like warm spaghetti sauce for salsa and virgin margaritas, this is your place! Lol Food was average at best also. Ordered a beef chimichanga and they gave me the kids meal size I think. The rice was hard also. We disnt even take our leftovers. When we pulled up the parking lot was empty at 630p (prime time) but it makes sense now. It was also kinda weird vibe in the restaurant. Music was really loud. But the 16yo kid that served us had some nice drip. Lol nice kid tho

Though the entrance to the parking lot is not obvious, it is worth going around. The food was amazing, as was the service. We had an amazing meal, complete with cocktails (that had generous pours), and left overs for lunch the next day. Don't skip this little diamond in the rough.

I ordered the fajita salad. There might have been an entire leaf of (iceberg) lettuce in the whole salad. It was goopy and runny and an inch deep in the taco shell.Pretty close to inedible. I wanted to ask the server if this was something they felt proud to serve, but then again... Sometimes it's just not worth the effort.I guess it's a waste of $20.

First, the staff here is amazing! They are always so nice and the food comes out pretty quickly. The margaritas are great, but I will say that the flavored ones can be a little syrupy sometimes. I usually get frozen though so that's not a big deal for me. So far I've had the beef chimichangas, beef and shrimp fajitas, several of the tacos (barbacoa is the best for sure), and the choriqueso (hands down my favorite item on the menu, cheese and chorizo in a dip) and they've all been really good. My only criticism is for the sides. The rice and beans are not as good as most Mexican restaurants, and the salsa tastes like hot tomato soup. The salsa is a blended version and they serve it hot, and the seasoning is a bit weird. But again, they have SO many other good items on the menu! I love this neighborhood spot and will continue to visit them faithfully for my taco fix!
