Went to Love restaurant for a date night and when my boyfriend and I went to order drinks the bartenders were VERY rude. The drinks were very expensive and the food was also very expensive. For a 5 piece wingette meal it was $22 and for a catfish meal it was $20. With drinks, our meal, and entry fee we paid over $100. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if the service wasn’t as bad as it was. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. (The host was very friendly though and tried to keep the party going).

I was here for a event which was told would start at 6PM, when I arrived a little after 6 a Pop Up Shop was just ending and vendors were removing their items. I went inside to find a seat, the building was cold the entire time. I ordered a drink and asked what drink specials they offer the bartender looked and said none, was there supposed to be a specials? I said I wasn't sure just asking. I asked what white wine they serve, she said just Moscato. Since I don't drink Moscato I asked for a Margarita with Espolon Tequila, I was charged $18 for one. Later I needed to use the restroom, it was absolutely filthy. I did not order food, I can not provide an option regarding food.

We came here for a party for a friend. When I asked about ordering food, the bartender said that the kitchen was backed up because "everyone got there at the same time" for a party that was supposed to start at 3pm (we got there at 3:30pm). Common sense for when you have a big party coming is to PREPARE for the crowd...no matter what time everyone arrives. We were unable to order food, which was a huge let down. However, I feel like we dodged a bullet since out of the people who did order food, very few seemed to have gotten it. It's evident that they were unprepared, which was very unprofessional.

oh wow i was planning to visit from Texas , im from STL so was looking for a nice spot to kick it and bring my girls from Houston but im appalled at the comments from the owner im hoping the page was hacked bc there is no way the owner’s response is real wow! DJ Durrty Burrd is the only reason why we’ve allowed this place to dangle by the little thin piece of thread it’s been hangin on.

The owner is unprofessional. Has an attitude problem with staff and customers . The kitchen is NASTY. Standing water in the sinks ! It is very cold , no heat ! Club is never packed airways empty . Everything is over priced ! But mostly importantly is the OWNER! He is the worst part , very disrespectful.

I was originally was suppose to come here for my birthday last week but, didn’t. So my friend and I decided to come this weekend. When we pulled in the lot it was literally only five cars. We chucked it up to the weather. We decided to still go in and enjoy ourselves. The first issues was the building was so cold it was like I was still standing outside … the owners or workers had a heater sitting next to them so something tells me they didn’t have heat. The ceiling display and quote walls were cute but the seating was terrible and painting looked cheap. I went to the restroom down this cold hallway and walked in the restroom and I instantly observed the unkept bathroom.. it look like they just took a building and hurried to get the doors open rather than putting in quality work to make it look presentable meanwhile the toilet next me continue to run like it was out of order . I go to wash my hands and the soap was cheap and didn’t lather… now this is the kicker.. I ran the water for 8 min and the water was freezing cold!!! They had a DJ booth but no DJ, a worker or owner was playing music from their phone which was terrible… I had high hopes for this establishment but unfortunately I will NOT be back… to think they were going to charge me $250 last week to have 5 ladies here for my birthday … so glad it didn’t because it wasn’t worth it. But I wish the business much success.Update!!!!!!First off I wasn’t refused nothing…I have several videos and pictures I took in your establishment! I was never stopped by anyone except to check my purse… so you either got me confused or you just can’t take someone critiquing your business! And another thing I never paid for my drink because it was my birthday and my friend paid for them… I’m 35 years old and MARRIED. I carry myself with respect unlike some of the kids I seen in their Ha Ha! And you want to talk about a mature crowd. I wasn’t going to get into the age thing but since you want to put a post up that’s not even about me I’m going to address it! See this is why you cant attend everyone establishment because they don’t know how to accept people options and you just sat here and told a WHOLE lie and don’t even have the right person ? good luck!
