Every time I go the food usually takes forever and they have you pull behind the sensor to restart the timer. Also they are always out of something or the grill or fryer is off.

The new grilled cheese fries are great! You can get them with the taco meat or steak. I ordered them with the taco meat and they were delicious! You can get them spicy or regular.
Placed a mobile order 15 mins ahead of time. Arrived to wait for 20 mins with one single car in front of us then we make it to the window for them to tell us to back up behind the pole so they could keep their times looking good. We backed up behind the pole and it wasn’t far enough. She came out of the window and said “you need to pull behind the pole further. I told you behind the pole.” Finally got our food and still was missing items.

Taco Bell has fallen off badly. You absolutely NEVER know what kind of experience you'll have. During the day your chances are slightly better. Also, as long as this glitch exists, I will review them negatively until someone fixes it- but they literally block you from complaining on the website. There are multiple glitches and at the time of writing this the submit buttons remain permanently grayed out no matter what you fill out. Also, I've waiting for the complaint line to pick up the phone for 20 min now. Almost any taco bell you go to nowadays is like this. Go at your own risk. Also the store manager at Howdershell will cuss you out for trying to get a replacement burrito promised by Bri. So even if they mess up and say you can get it fixed, it may still be an elaborate trap to just cuss you out on the phone.
