I just did an Ordered online to just find out when I got home my whole order was messed up and they have shorted me at least 10$+ in food I have bought. I called the store at 17 times and no one would answer the phone. I will be calling in the morning to speak to one of the managers. Very frustrated and annoyed with this type of service from Jack in the box.

I will happily keep this JBOX in business. Never had an issue, sometimes they can be slow..but hey..they're understaffed and for a reason, like mannnny other corporations <Every one I've dealt with has been super friendly & helpful. Foods never been cold, or old. Only issue is with them adding cheese to the spicy chicken sandwich and the only reason it was ordered wrong is bc those speaker boxes suck! [:Anyone giving bad reviews bc you ordered with Door Dash, idk maybe like..dont order through door dash lmao. You added the middleman into the equation, that's on you.

I wish I learned your name. The food was delicious, my mocha boba coffee was delicious. You even took extra time to make sure it was ice cold! Wasn't requesting, but greatly, Greatly appreciated! My partners happy, I was beyond delighted. 10/10 experience!!!

I made a mobile order and gave them abt 10 minutes and all of my food(NOTHING MISSING!!!) was ready and waiting for me. Which was great bcus I was running behind, going to have lunch with my daughter at school. Thank you to the crew members at 30 & Caroline dr in High Ridge. Bcus of your promptness, I was right on time to meet my sweetheart for our lunch. Thank you again!

Horrible place to order from. Issues using the door dash app and the most recent issue, we ordered through the Jack in the Box app who uses door dash to deliver the food. The text said the order was handed to us and complete but funny thing is.. we have a sign on the door asking to leave it on the porch and knock because we were sick. No food, no answer from the door dash driver, and no answer from Jack in the Box. So 45 dollars worth of food lost and no help from doordash. Amazing Ponzi scheme they have going these days. Any other person would get arrested and I cant even give 0 stars for the food....? 0 stars would mean I didnt receive any food at all....? Simple logic there
