Placed an order for delivery and the staff was very friendly and gave me a time frame of when my food would arrive. The food was hot and amazing, I recommend everybody try imo's pizza!!!

Went there on 05/28/2023 @ 7pm to pick our order up. I ordered pepperoni, sausage & x cheese pizza. Got home and opened my pizza. It was burnt and no x cheese. The cheese sticks and my husband sandwich were fine. I called them to let them know and the kid on the phone said “ we generally have you come back and get you a new pizza”. I told him I’ve been at the lake all day and didn’t want to get back out. He put me on hold. Came back and said owner said they did not send out any burnt pizzas today. We go there 2-3 times a month. I’m sure they dont care but lost my business. We have never had a problem there. Will go to DeSoto from now on. I’m not paying the high prices and not get what I ordered.

This location is extremely slow! They were not short staffed with their 7 employees/delivery drivers walking around. Ordered for pickup, sat in the drive through for over 20 mins and it still took them over an hour to have the small order ready. They also couldbt figure out how to associate the order to the correct name or phone number... I cant stress how slow they were. Whatever we saved for picking up was wasted waiting on them and wasted gas.
Ordered 2 lasagna and spaghetti coat 52 bucks not including the generous tip, they burnt 1 order of lasagna and used a half portion (had a second order to compare it to that wasnt burnt or half portioned) and they refused to refund or replace what they messed up and claimed we got exactly what we ordered and anything after that was our fault and or problem DO NOT SHOP HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS YOU LIKE BURNT FOOD AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
