A joke. This used to be a great place. It always took a little longer if you got food instead of ice cream, but worth it. The past couple visits have been terrible. Just waited 20 minutes for 2 concretes and a small cone. After paying and waiting 15 minutes an employee comes to ask what we are waiting for. Then proceeds to come back out with an alternative to what we wanted for the cone because somehow an ice cream joint ran out of chocolate. They then bring out the concretes, one of which was wrong as well. Pathetic. Find new staff or hang up the gloves, ill never be back.

I ordered Blt's from Bob's Drive In many times through Chow Now and Doordash. On 2 occasions I only received half my order. The first time a manager Allison gave me my refund, great, as they should. The second time Allison never got back to me and Chow Now told me the owner said he would give no refund because he personally filled my order. Imagine my disappointment that a restaurant whose food I loved and ordered all the time would treat me that way, and that's after my disappointment of only getting half my order-twice. They lost a customer. PS- general advice, they should staple the bags closed which is for their protection and the customers.

Place always has the excuse of not delivering what I order due to shutting down the grill. I live blocks from here. I like to eat around 8. So this place screws me. The place closes at 8 but stops selling food 30 minutes prior. Does me no good. This place is stupid. Just stay open 30 minutes longer. It's retardville.

Ummmm I don’t quite know how to say this lightly. The worst burger I have ever had. It was very burnt. If I didn’t order the pickles with it, I probably would not have finished it. Had very high hopes when we see the place and saw the photos for the menu, but was very disappointed. I’m not going to say that we’re not going back because we believe in second chances. So we will go back, but this was not a good first impression.

Really cool place but waited nearly 45 minutes for the worst tacos I've ever had. I would have asked for my money back if I wasn't already half way home!! Will not be back, very disappointed. No acknowledgement from staff about the wait and it wasn't busy. Had to ask where my food was. Chicken looks like it was microwaved and was cold. How do we get cold food after waiting in front of the window for 45 minutes?? Please train your staff to do better. Biggest waste of money and time.

Took 40 minutes to get my food. People in front of us will wait an hour and we got our food before then they lost the person in front of us ticket and we saw our food waiting in the counter for 20 minutes.

Good food but it took an hour to get a Sandwich, fries and appetizer. Very very slow service.
I think it all depends on who's working my experience is that you order something you better be very Pacific about what you want. If you want catchup on it, you better tell him cause they're not gonna put it on there. If you want lettuce tomato on there , you better tell them our you won't get it. I tried ringing the bell three times sat there for ten minutes , never got an answer. That was probably the worst experience i've ever had. Today's date is february seventeenth 2024 time4:30pm

Don’t waste your money or your time!! Service sucks, I waited at the drive thru window for almost 40 minutes!! Watched other people get served and get their food and kept waiting! Then there was nobody in view so I knocked on the window 3 times, they noticed, didn’t come acknowledge me or anything, grabbed my OVERCOOKED food finally and just handed it to me and shut the window and walked away. The food sucks because the burger patties and burnt!! Never again!! They won’t answer the phone now either!
