I ordered a pizza with light sauce & a pizza with extra sauce. They both came with hardly any saucepn it at all.. Yes pizza is good, but if I'm paying Extra for Extra sauce I would like it to have at least some on it. Kind of disappointing to pay extra for what you apparently are NOT going to get.

This place is absolutely horrible the food is nasty for what you pay for. And the service good luck. When you call and try to tell them very rude..the kitchen manager tells me to bring the food up there so he can look at it. Or there’s nothing he will do. Been ordering for years not no more.

Worst driver ever even got me for a 9 doller tip spent 80 dollars and got 2 pizzas both where all slides slid on the sides call and was told they are to busy to send out another one so we only got a store credit I and I can tell you after I get my replacement I will not be ordering again.

I was there tonight no customers except ones waiting for ToGo orders...the girl at the front counter was so unfriendly and unhelpful. There was no reason to be that behind in orders with that many employees they just weren't working. One young man kept walking all around with his head phones on dancing, I was there for 30 minutes waiting(order was placed before I got there)and never seen him do ANYTHING but stand around. They don't take customer service seriously at all I probably will never return to this location.

I ordered two large sausage pizzas online and when delivered , I saw they quite overdone and were also cold!!! The crust was hard to chew from being over done and not very good being cold. I have never before had this experience with Cecil Whitakers, but paying almost $40.00, I may not order them again.

I used to be obsessed with CW 10 years ago or so when I was in high school. The past few times I've gone the food is disgusting. I switched it up tonight to try spaghetti and meatballs and it literally tastes like chef boyardee. I took it home and added my own seasonings just to make it edible for me. I'm not sure what changed but I think this will be the last time I give them another chance of tasting like what I remembered.

Foods mediocre, service wasn’t good at all. Took over an hour for food to be ready, 4 employees in the back just standing talking and another sitting with 6 pickup orders sitting in front of him. Could be better and workers could be more active and customer friendly .

Well all the reviews were correct, not very impressive pizza. I don't know if they change the recipe or what. That tastes nothing like a Cecil Whittaker's Pizza. The salad I had was pure vinegar. No oil whatsoever it was so bright I couldn't even eat it. And I love pasta house salad which is very bright but this was unbearable. There was something strange about the garlic cheese bread it tasted like it had a funky aftertaste it must be the butter they use. Either way not very happy. Hopefully the owner figures out what's going on. And gets it rectified I hate to see anybody lose a business because of poor quality. Probably should have read the reviews before I went there.

It was impressive how bad it was. Took an hour and a half. Driver couldn't care less. Pizza tasted old, chicken strip were black on one side from being overcooked and the salads were sad. The bottled soda was good because they didn't have anything to do with it. Last time ordering from here and I used to frequently. That's a nice pizza is much much better and better service.
The place is disgusting and no one cares about anything. The manager and crew can be heard yelling racist and abusive comments to each other about each other and the customers. They serve old food. No one cleans anything. These people don't deserve anyone's money. You should all be ashamed.

Delivered fast so 5 stars for the driver!Unfortunately the food was basically a dominos pizza that costed $25. They used the wrong cheese (mozzarella, no provel at all), and 2 of the 3 toppings barely existed. It's obvious that there is zero quality check and/or the staff just doesn't care and is ok with serving you garbage in exchange for the money you work hard for. I will not order from this location again.

Came in at 8:00 and the grill is already shut down so we had to choose pizza or fried foods. Couldn't have chicken on our pizza either.
