Usually, enjoy eating here and have a good experience, but tonight, Sunday 04/14, was the opposite of that. The food took nearly an hour to come out. As we were waiting, no one came by to check on the table. A simple "sorry the food is taking so long" or a "it will be out soon" would have gone a long way. When the food finally came out, the fries were inedible. They tasted of burnt, rancid fryer oil. That oil needed to be changed. No one at the table ate them. So, after that wait, half of the meal was inedible. What is aggravating is that the kitchen had to have known what they were serving was not right and they sent the server out to shrug off our complaint and say "that's just how they are going to come out if we remake them." We were also told only one fryer was operable that evening. If that was the case, a heads up at the door would have been nice. We probably would have gone somewhere else and had a much better experience.They comped 20 percent which was a nice gesture, but 50 percent of the meal was inedible. Overall, disappointing and any restraunt should be ashamed if they are putting out a service and product like the one from one this evening.

I stopped in for lunch and had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was phenomenal. It came to me just like I ordered and in a timely fashion. My served was polite and friendly and she didn't let me run out of tea.

We had a deluxe pizza. It was good and had plenty of toppings. The bacon wrapped jalapenos were also good with crispy bacon.

We had the fried mushrooms to start out with a half order of nachos supreme. Both good, but shy of enough chips to complement the toppings for the nachos. Focus on domestic beer, limited draft beer. Limited choices on bourbon and no microbrews were shared by wait staff. Attentive wait staff, but ours was still learning to ensure that we had silverware after it was taken away, and we re-ordered dinner. Soup lacked warmth when it was served, sent it back, brought out new bowl. Thanks to the manager! Thank you! Not served hot, but was slightly warmer. Rather bland to taste, Checking of drinks could be more frequent, or check if another drink is needed without having to ask for another. Server was very nice, just learning still. Clean facility, very simple, nothing fancy. Maybe worth another try...maybe.

The service was great! The breaded mushroom appetizer is very good. The pork nachos had a lot of pork on them. Wish they used real melted cheese instead of cheese sauce on the nachos. The potato soup was okay. The spinach salad was okay. The bacon on the salad was way undercooked. It should be crispy. We were excited to try this place for a new Happy Hour for us, but probably will not return. The place is very popular and busy on a Friday night, but we have other places that are just as good or better and closer to our house. Glad we tried it though.

My Buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty good. My boyfriend had the fish and liked it as well. All was good until we got home with my son’s to go order of boneless teriyaki wings. They hardly had any sauce at all. They were so dry and overcooked he could only eat about three of them. Pretty disappointing.

Great variety of food along with great service. They have specials every night of the week that are all good. We tend to eat there one or two nights a week. Haven't had anything we didn't like.

The cheese burgers are all hand pattied and phenomenal. Best burger in the Arnold / Imperial area bar none. I didn't have my phone sorry no pics, but I will be back for the burger and will take some next time.
