So I'm a dasher and yeah.. just felt while not a typical customer, should still put my two bit of sense in... Cause, yeah..Holy moly are they constantly slammed, especially on weekends... Dunno how they handle that, got anxiety just being in there watching... Add on some rather rude doordashes who think pizza is made within' seconds like premade jack n' the box tacos... Wowzahh... But they're always friendly and fun .Also... The tall, fluffy headed manager guy; he's a cool cat. Kinda new to this dashing stuff and he was nice enough to pause what he was doing and actually show me how to do this and that, which he didn't have to do. Thanks for that, bud. ? now I don't have to look stupid anymore. Also gave me a friendly tip on which locations needed drivers, also cool .Keep on being epic ladies and gents!!

Ok let me preface this with - there were only TWO PEOPLE working. The pizza was exceptional as always, however we did not get what we asked for. It was a mix up. I called and they will take care of me on my next visit. Update - they did take care of me.My real question is this: Where are all the kids? And why aren’t they taking up high school jobs to help them start their work histories.

I'll be honest, I'm more than a bit biased towards this particular location. Back when the economy was still rough at the beginning of the 10's, this Papa Johns was almost always my family's only "special meal" of the month for a few years, thanks largely to the online discount code 5LCH (which sadly no longer works but made each order very affordable by having the base price of a large pizza start at $5 no matter the toppings). Although we have moved away from ordering Papa Johns as often as we used to, we ordered again yesterday for the first time in about 6 months and the pizza is still good, still has that signature Papa Johns taste and feel to it, and it definitely took me back. We have rarely had any issues with order correctness and quality through the years and the delivery drivers have always been friendly. I don't recall stopping in for pickup more than once or twice so no real insight there. In my opinion, though there are places that are equal to this Papa Johns location, you're not going to find a chain pizza spot that's actually better than this one.

Austin and his team did an amazing job today!It was a rough day to be a papa johns employee. The computers were down for most of the day and by the time they came back up (around 6pm) literally hundreds of pizza orders had been backlogged and just popped up out of nowhere. It would have sent normal retail workers running for the hills, but Austin and his team handled it like pros. They were knocking out orders as fast as humanly possible.I think the most praiseworthy things was they kept their cool. A lot of customers were behaving like animals and taking out their frustration on the guys working at this establishment, but the employees handled it with grace. Having worked in retail, I can tell you from experience that this is no small feat. Most customers are great, but there are always some entitled Karen's cussing you out and blaming you for things out of your control. The employees however remained calm, composed, and were polite.Once again I just want to say thank you to Austin and his team. I wish you guys well.

When you call to place an order you are transferred threw a call center to someone working from home, that is not in this state, while thier dog and kids are screaming and barking in the background. Person also spoke very poor english making me assume that most likely they didnt even live in the USA. No thankyou I would like to talk to someone in the store that is making my food.
