The sandwich bbq brisket had super hard chew meat and the bun was hard as well ...I ended up just eating the curly fries with bbq sauce not a very pleasant meal

Drive thru person added extra cheese onto our order when we didn't ask for extra cheese. So had to spend more money then needed. There was no way for them to mess up especially hearing us due to the fact there speaker wasn't working and so had to order at the window. And they didn't even wanna be there. You could tell.

Generally pretty good but went at 830 tonight & was told 5 minute wait for chicken I say that's fine so why Give me curly fries that are hours old?? Plus I ordered curly ones they obviously didn't have enough & filled it with half old crinkle cut fries.

My fries were inedible but at least my sandwich was ok.
Extremely slow and wasn't busy at all. Sandwiches looked just thrown together. Meat wasn't thin sliced, never had meat sliced how it was at an Arby's.

Should be no stars. Beef and cheddar sandwich was ice cold. One little blob of cheese on one side. Bun was stiff and stale. It tasted as if it was made the day before. Went inside to pick up the online order. Not one single member of staff stepped up to help. No extra sauce packets available or offered. Ridiculous.

The specific Arby's is absolutely horrid. When we walked in they had zero cars in drive-through zero customers in the dining area. We were literally the only ones. They were busy chatting I know they saw us come in because I saw them see us, however we had to stand there for 10 minutes and wait for them to have a break and chatting to wait on us. There was no smile there was no happy tone very rude and there was no thank you for the order or anything. We had to ask a couple questions about items on the menu because we had not been to Arby's for quite some time, they acted like we were done for asking and they were very rude. While we ate we had to listen to them chitchat continuously and laugh which half of it was totally inappropriate. They don't care about their customers being comfortable and they don't care about respect, and they're not appreciate your orders they get from customers I guess they forgot we are their paycheck. We will never be back
