I went in to see what ice cream cakes they have available and their refrigerator literally has one cake in it and like 2 pints of ice cream. There was two employees working there. That literally were just standing there as I was looking at the refrigerator. You would think they would be working on restocking, since they literally had nothing else to do and we’re just standing there. Pretty sad.

Ice cream was good. Service was not. There was more playing and screaming coming from the back room then a playground. Said serving water was a major health violation but not having hand towels in restrooms was apparently ok.

WHERE'S THE WATERMELON ? SORBET? ANY OF THE SORBET FLAVORS WOULD BE GREAT! BUT ESPECIALLY WATERMELON ?. (One star only bc they never have SORBET)! This location has never had SORBET, at any time! Blah! But I love the METAL they play! The staff is always friendly too! ?

We had such a good time at this Creamery!! Amelia L. made our order perfect and was so nice.She had so many people waiting to order and pick up orders but never missed a beat.It was raining out while we where there but can't wait to go back and hopefully be able to let the kids play right outside at the play ground there!!

Ice cream itself tasted good but the waffle cone was stale. Almost didn’t eat here because the restroom was filthy, but the employee assured me they had a sink & soap behind the counter they used. No toilet tissue, no paper towels, the electric hand dryer was disconnected, the sink had dirt & grime all over it & the toilet was disgusting. This was at 3 pm on a Wednesday & no other customers were there. She gave me toilet paper for my grandkids & later took paper towels in. Probably won’t come here again.

Went in at 9:00 p.m. the doors were unlocked the employees said rudely they were closed but door said they were open til 10:00 p.m. and all the employees were just standing around
Update June 2023: the ice cream has always been great here, but for a while the help seemed like they were just phoning it in.But sometime recently, that's changed. Nathan scooped my boys' ice cream, loaded it up, then tossed it up and caught it in a cup. They were so excited and impressed.I hope they someday bring back snickerdooodle, but the cookie dough ice cream is pretty great too. Come hungry and ask for a Gotta Have It One Smart Brookie.

My husband mentioned it too, but I was thoroughly impressed with tonight's staff and the ice cream. Nathan made our boys cheer when he threw their ice creams into a cup. He even acknowledged the toddler (he's only 14 months), and he gave him a big AND little spoon for his scoop of sweet cream. My husband and I shared a One Smart Brookie in a waffle cone, and it was delicious! Our middle son said this was the best ice cream ever (French vanilla with Sprinkles).Nathan and Amelia were super kind and a lot of fun to chat with. The service couldn't have been better! I hope this experience is here to stay! Thanks for a wonderful time! It was so much better than the last time we came where the workers were unfriendly and had a hard time taking orders. Must be a change in management again for it to be this great again!

Would get ice cream here more often if they have the dipped waffle cones. They literally never have them anymore. It's the only reason I go to an ice cream shop. Be more prepared for summer days and nights. I love their ice cream but I don't want it in a cup! But the last several times I've walked in saw no cones and walked right back out.

Ordered 2 different ice cream mixers and paid over 27 dollars and when I received them from door dash, they were very small portions and their prices are higher than any other ice cream shop around!! And to be honest, it was not amazing in taste either!! Never going to spend money here again!! Extremely OVERPRICED!

Went there for a family outing it was clean, service was great, staff was helpful & knowledgeable about products however they made my shake watery but fixed it with no problem the apple pie my fiancé got was AMAZING we will be back & soon
