Grandkids had a good time, they ate all their spaghetti. I shared my meatballs with them.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty room in the aisles for a wheel chair. You might need an assist getting your drinks and accessories.

Seemingly disorganized management. Dining room was cold (53 degrees outside, so I get it). It took 43 minutes for us to get our food. No offer of breadsticks or dining room care without customer solicitation. Servers came to dining room looking for customers who ordered entrees. The excuse given was dining room was busy, drive through was busy and a catering "came up". This was a poorly managed shift.

Wasn't a great experience. But staff was friendly.Even tho they have a counterfeit pin. They no longer accept any bill over $20 usd.

The food was sufficient however the women's restroom was taken for most of the time we were there by an employee, had to use the men's just to wash my hands. All of the Parm shakers were being used or empty but other than those two things it was fine.

This is a great fast food pasta place. Unlimited bread sticks are really good and I love the pizza/drink combo you can add on for like 4 bucks. It isn't the cheapest for fast-casual eating however.

Everything was a mess! There were 2 tables that were cleaned up. Instead of cleaning up the tables I watched staff sweep carpets… that weren’t even dirty. Food was okay.
