Disgusting. The bun was flattened, as if its roller had moved. The burger fell apart after 2 bites. potatoes were poured into the bag on top of the burger. In the distance, like for a pig. But the Coca-Cola was great. I will never come back here again. We've eaten better burgers.

Best burger and fry place, cajun fries are the best
If u would like to pay 50$ for a bag of grease then this is ur place. The fries were soggy, limp & greasy, had to wash my hands cause the cup they came in was even covered in grease. The outer wrapper of burger was greasy, the burger was so greasy the bun was completely soggy, it was almost as if they dipped bun in grease before putting burger together. It was absolutely disgusting so I didn't even attempt to eat it, I just threw it away. First time ever trying this place & NEVER AGAIN. ?Dietary restrictions: If u have sensory issues regarding wet bread or any type of digestive issues or heart issues then I highly recommend u pass on this place

I've never eaten at 5 Guys so while in KC we decided to have a burger to see what all the fuss was about.The girl taking our order wouldn't speak up, some of the guys with long hair cooking food didn't have in hair nets, it took 30 min for our order, the tables were NOT clean nor was the pop machine, the fries were soggy and NOT warm but the burger was Ok. It wasn't worth all the hype it gets but will try it back home and give another chance.
