Wow! These are excellent. We phoned in an order and picked up the order at the Independence location. We had the Thai Chicken Basil and the Brookside Brie. Both were excellent. So much better than going to the big chain pizza chains!

We were here during SCG today and had their Cuban sandwich. It was excellent! Staff was so friendly. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

A large group of us stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday and had lunch. The Buffalo Chicken Flatbread was NOM. Hubs ordered a salad and we shared both of theses. For the money, it was good food. Drinks from the Taproom to finish it off. My only complaint is that they needed another person back there helping. Some of the folks didn't order because he was getting behind, and warned there could be a long wait. Bummer for them, that they missed out on good food. The guy puttin' stuff together was workin' hard and doin' a great job. He just could've used some help.

This is inside at the back of a brewery. It was okay pizza for a quick bite but definitely not 5 stars. Comparable to a cheap frozen pizza. It was pretty fast which was nice.

We had my moms 60th birthday at 3 trails and they catered our event! Their pizza and salads were delicious but I really loved the little details. They were able to accommodate gluten free and dairy free options! I had asked prior if they could make little signs as to what ingredient was in each pizza and they made the cutest little signs! There customer service was beyond amazing! Everyone said the pizza were delicious!

I visited 3trails brewery in Independence and was happily surprised that flying horse was attached to 3trails. Great pizza and sandwiches. I'm addition the employee or manager was very friendly and patient with someone who was deciding what to order.

I highly recommend getting a flatbread or sandwich here. I tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it was amazing! The flatbread was the perfect amount of crunch, but not too crunchy where it's hard to bite. They make them to order so they are fresh and piping hot. Warning...let it cool off before diving in (this will be very hard to do). My topping seemed fresh and high quality. It definitely hit the spot and pairs well with the drinks offered from 3 Trails Brewery. I might have even finished the whole thing myself...was I miserable? Yes, but I just couldn't stop. I can't wait to go back and try another option. They have so many different and interesting flavor combinations. Anyone should be able to find something they like.
