Good Afternoon.. I have never been to Fun House Pizza. But any time I get to spend with my daughter and grandkids I'm there!!So today's drop in was a most unusual one. I was not familiar with the available menu items nor their portions. So I opted in to have the Nachos listed on the menu. My daughter ordered for her family pizza and fries. When the cashier called out my order...I eagerly went to retrieve it from the counter.To my disappointment what I was expecting to be a healthy portion of meat, cheese, lettuce, and chips. Looked more like the contents of 1 ? dumped into a very small foam bowl with five neatly placed chips around it. I apologize for the inconvenience..but let the staff know I wanted my money back. Being of the beautiful brown skinned background; I could have easily taken it as a racist joke. But like I said before.. I had never been here before. My daughter told me that surprisingly the pizza was pretty good. Maybe when orders are placed by people who are not regulars. You all could show the people upfront what size bowl they'll be getting so that the element of surprise could be done away with, leaving an option to make another meal selection. Staff seemed to be pleasant.

Have eaten here for over 50 and has always been one of my favorite pizza places. But they just don't give a shit about the customer anymore. The last four orders I have made that I have all been totally screwed up and whenever I pointed out they don't say oh I'm sorry here let me fix it. They argue about it and point out how it must've been my fault when I tried to talk to a manager about it they got pissed off and hung up on me, what the fuck has happened to customer service and caring about the product to produce.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to our server, Jessie! I hosted a 70th birthday party at Fun House Pizza for my dear friend. Our group of "mature" ladies had a great afternoon of pizza -- Bill's Special, you gotta try it -- appetizers -- best onion rings I've had in a while -- after which we took over the arcade and played like we were children again. I could easily see us returning on a regular basis. I recommend Funhouse Pizza on 40 highway to kids of all ages!
