this main event was awesome! we had a big party and they got us in for bowling on this busy friday night! Rodney was awesome and came by and told my son happy birthday and gave him a free play card!!! so nice and kind and made his birthday super fun for him! great food and even better service! ??☺️☺️

We enjoyed out time here. Got the play pass and got to do 3 Lazer tags, 1 round of bowling, the 2 escape rooms, and the balance course thing. It was only 25 per person I think we got our money worth.We ate at the restaurant, served us raw wings. But it happens.. they gave us a discount and a gift card to the arcade. We enjoyed it will be back

This was great family fun ?!! The employees here or extremely nice! We had a few issues with pins? getting stuck when we were bowling but the employees came and immediately helped us every single time and we needed help quite a few times they were always kind every single time! This is the go to location!!! This is a great place to just get out for the day! ☺️?

I work for a company who takes care of special needs individuals, and we come to this Main Event once a month and spend multiple hundreds of dollars. We've had multiple issues but generally speaking there is a specific manager who tries his best to fix the issues his crew members cause. However, the little redhead girl is extremely rude. Due to the nature of our clients disabilities and multiple different health restrictions, we NEED names to be attached to the orders and to know which drinks are diet or not. We know it can be done, because it's been done for us multiple times before. But every time we get her as a waitress, she argues, sighs, and gives sass until we end up having to get a manager over to help us. Yet she still refuses to learn how to do it. We tip $100 on top of everything we pay, every time we come. It's very unfortunate the treatment we receive.

Fun place. Just sat and watched friends play pool. Have an injury and pain so just getting out was good.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids having fun. Birthday parties. Busy, fun place. Friends had some beer and played pool while kids played games and I just hung out.

Bowling lanes where horrible kept malfunctioning and workers treated us rudely when asking for help. Also left a very important ring here and tried to call to see if they would get it and put in lost in found they never replied on any call option horrible main event never going again Dave and Busters it

Main Event is always a fun time. We bowled and played laser tag. Leah was a great waitress and her service was fantastic.I get is a 4 star as our pizza was pretty dry and not very good and out of 8 of us who played laser tag, 3 guns did not track the scores, which is not fun. I would say half the clips on the vests for laser tag were gone or broke. They need to invest in some updates for the laser tag vest/guns.We did get nachos and they were good as well as the pretzel sticks. Great atmosphere and overall a good time!
