We had two online orders and went to the drive thru to pick up on 3/7/24 6:00pm . I was told that it was “policy” that I can only pick up one online order at a time(never been told this at this location) I asked to speak to the manager and she told me “Well you gotta come inside “ this lady had a serious attitude the whole time. I parked my car while my fiancée stayed in the car. Our 1st order was delivered to my car but my 2nd order took 18 minutes to get from the front counter!!. I received no apology from the manager only a bad attitude. My 1st order was ice cold because of this inconvenience ?. Done with this location

This McDonald’s is the slowest and most inconvenient McDonald’s ever. It’s like they have no idea what they are doing.
Being in customer service, I know first hand what it feels like to be short on staff. The staff was working their tails off trying to stay caught up. Good work! Keep it up!

This particular McDonald's in Independence is the worst. I have been 3 times in a row (my fault) and each time they messed up. They always don't include the sauces I asked for. They never provide napkins or straws. They get my drinks wrong and they forget at least 1 item each time. I order through the app each time so it lists out everything I ordered and all the condiments and items I requested so how can they mess up each time? Also, when I pull up it takes forever for my order to come to me. Other McDonald's in Independence are not this bad. I assume this location is understaffed and under trained but come on, it's fast food (the easiest job in the world). This location is convenient for me most times but I am going to stop going to this location.

They have the doors locked at 2:00 in the afternoon. I drive a truck that won't fit through their drive-thru and the manager was rude to me over that fact. I will never be back to this
All they care about is their drive thru times and not in a good way. I ordered a sprite once and they said pull forward every time no matter what u pull forward. Then u got to wait in the middle of the winter for them to bring your food out in the cold asking all the cars if this is their meal. Not to mention u barely get your food right so always double check ur bag

Expect to wait 45+ minutes for your food. Be warned if you wish to pay with cash, no one is at the register, add another 20 minutes to your wait. It's McDonald's, it's cheap and convenient, but don't come here unless you have all the time in the world.

Didn't receive my kids 2 chocolate milks, fries were a joke.. 4 to 6 fries in each of my kids containers, way less than a normal. Sketchy person hanging by the entrance door that made it super uncomfortable to walk in.
