Carla is a horrible manager. Extremely rude. I told her the lady with the glasses and the visor on was extremely rude to us in the window and she laughed and did nothing about it. I asked for the gm name and when she would be back up to the building for me to call and they refused to give me any info. I even asked for corporate number and she ignored me. This place is so unprofessional.

Especially if you go through drive thru recieve your food , fries are cold ask for new fries, and they jus warm them back in the grease where they are too crunchy...got home and seen what they did called the manager and she was rude and mean too like it was my

Would be nice if they could answer both of the drive thrus instead of a single one. I sat there for a good 15 minutes with no answer as car after car on the other drive thru had their order taken rather promptly. Not sure what the point of McDonald’s version of Siri is to great you and take your order if your left there to sit with no answer. It’s really hit or miss here.
