We are driving through MO and stopped here for a bit of food on the way. I will never be back to this McDonald's and am glad I don't live here. The attitude and response from the staff was abysmal. I went through drive thru for convenience. The lady taking orders never confirmed my order, never told me a total and abruptly said pull around. She gave me the total at the window but never said anything else. No have a good day thank you or anything. The lady that gave me the order only said here while hanging me my orange juice. When I asked if the butter was there for my buscuits her response was "maybe". And turned away. The staff that put the order together didn't even fold up the paper correctly around the buscuits. They fell out when I grabbed them. I am sorry but with this kind of attitude and lack of customer service I am surprised that not only is the store still open. But that the staff is still employed.Side note... The buscuits were not bad for a McDonald's. The orange juice was nice. They were the only saving grace of the experience..

Went in there with respect and the receipt with my order asking for my food just to be remade they gave me a double quarter pounder with no meat. Ended up getting called stupid by the employees in Spanish and they said all I wanted was free food I will never come here again and the manager didn’t do anything about when I told her what the employees said.

WENT TO GET FOOD AFTER COMING BACK FROM THE PARADE AND WHEN TOLD THEY WAS OUT OF T PAPER THE 2 GIRLS JUST LAUGHTED ( WAS VERY RUDE ) THEN I FOUND OUT THEY HAD NO TOLIET PAPER AT ALL. HAD TO TAKE YOUR OWN NAPKINS IN TO USE. THEN HAD TO ASK FOR SOMETHING TO WIPE THE TABLE OFF BECAUSE IT WAS DIRTY. I AS WELL AS MY SELF ALL HAD FOOD ORDERS AND WHEN I ASK FOR A GLASS FOR JUST WATER I WAS CHARGED FOR THE CUP FOR MY WATER ( REALLY ) !!!

They tend to lose the mobile orders, which you would think would be faster but will actually take longer. Also, they don't speak English very well and will mess up your order. So always make sure to double check it.

Don’t order on the mobile app breakfast at this location! Unless it’s an hour before. They close breakfast whenever they feel like even though the app says until 10:29. I got there at 10:22. They will charge you , refuse you any food or drink, lie and say the refund will be there tomorrow, threaten to fight you, just for the order I NEVER received to be charged AGAIN! The extra large supervisor lady shaped like a potato won’t even give you her name or corporate number. At this point I think she ate my food.
