The food is so good! My only concern is the location, there seemed to be a bullet casing on the ground in the parking lot but that is no fault of the restaurant. The food is delicioso!

I will be back one day to get some of the ice cream because the selection is plentiful. Today I needed food food so I ordered the vegetarian quesadilla and it came with two different dipping sauces. Both were delicious. Everyone else in my party loved their food as well.

Confused on what I even got. Wanted corn on a stick with the cheese and spice because heard it was good. Lady tells me it's going to be 10 minutes, I have no problem waiting then she asks for small medium or large and she points at the cups. Thought what I was buying was on a stick even asked her and she says cup is better when I get it the stuff tastes like I opened a can of corn and microwaved it then put some cheese on it don't think I got what I was expecting and definitely don't understand the hype of it all if it was

This is not kids friendly. 5 flags on the entrance Puerto Rico, Brazil, Royals, Chivas soccer club and then a lgandmfiwbwmd flag for no reason its not a sport it's not a country if is a believe I don't see any religious item anywhere. We are here for food to enjoy and we leave, I won't bring my kids to this place any longer.

This place was AWESOME!!! First time here and can’t wait to go back!! The lady was super helpful and friendly and gave us samples to help us decide. The prices were super reasonable too!!
I went to this location thinking it was gonna be the same as the 18th St. location. Thinking the ceviche was the same! It hardly had any of the shrimp or fish it had more cucumbers and jicama than anything else. It was cut up in huge cubes. Don't get me wrong, the food is still good! But I don't recommend nobody getting their ceviche from this location.

The girls are always bitter if I order in Spanish they don't understand me or in English if I order things from the kitchen they get upset I don't know why they are working if we like it.They didn't even add sugar to the smoothie, they just look confused and don't offer to help if they don't understand that it hurts 0/10I recommend EL CHAVO ON 23, it's BETTER!!!The girls always seem mad they don't understand when I order in Spanish or English if I order stuff out of the kitchen they make faces like they're bothered their milkshake didn't have sugar my stomach hurts I didn't even finish it and my stomach still hurts all night and still this morning. I don't recommendthis place at all.EL CHAVO IN 23RD IS WAY BETTER THE GIRLS ARE NICE THE FOOD IS GOOD. 0/10 if they don't like working they need to find another job.

I came to this location yesterday to order churros and a variety of snacks for my family. When I arrived home, my child’s churros were completely RAW from the inside. I called the store and explained the situation and they tried to give me excuses as to why it was a “softer consistency “ on the inside…. This is not at all the response I was expecting. When I spoke to the employee, the was rude, condescending, and was speaking to me like I was the one in the wrong. I asked to speak to a manager but she was “not there”. And I was promised a call back… the next day came around and I had still lot received a call from anyone so I took it upon myself to call back and ask to speak to the manager. Once I reached the manager Brenda, she asked if I wanted store credit or a refund… I politely asked for a refund as I don’t plan on returning to this location for any kind of food. She then read off four Incorrect card numbers and asked if that was my card. I explained that this was not the card I paid for and gave her the correct four card numbers. She said that her system kept giving her something different and so she couldn’t give me my money right away…. at this point I was getting pretty upset but I kept my composure and I asked her what the next steps were. She said she would have to call The company that they deal with in terms of receiving payment for them to launch an investigation. We left it at that however I didn’t feel comfortable with an investigation because who knows how long it would’ve taken them to give me my money back. I then called the store back explaining that I would rather have my money cash and that I would send my husband to retrieve it as I am unable to go myself at the moment and an employee answered me with an attitude, talking to me like I was stupid. I wasn’t trying to be mean but the manner in which she was speaking to me was totally incorrect and from a customer service point of view it’s completely unprofessional. She completely disregarded what I was trying to tell her and was just rude, in fact she wouldn’t even let me get a word in. When my husband arrived at the store for the refund, the manager told him well I can’t go to your house to give you your money back on your card… Once again being completely unprofessional and irrational. I’m so glad that she mentioned that because yesterday they did ask me to drive all the way back to the store to either cook my churros for me some more or give me another set of churros which I politely declined… overall I believe that this experience has been negative from the beginning. The customer service aspect of this location is not at all present. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as I believe that this is a health hazard because they are feeding people raw and uncooked food. What would had happened to my son if he ate the entire RAW churro? They are in denial of how bad the service is and what’s more alarming is that they are not conscious or don’t want to admit to themselves that their food is not properly prepared.
