Paid for a pizza I never received, call the store and the guy was pretty nice and told me they were just having issues but my pizza was on the way. However it never arrived and I also tipped the delivery driver so essentially I got robbed by the store and Robbed by The delivery driver. Do the circumstances at the store I don't blame the workers whatsoever, This is a failure by their management.

How this place is still open I'll never know. The staff is terrible, rude, and incompetent. Orders are NEVER done in the time they give you, and if you're picking up an online order, be prepared to wait until you get in the door for them.to start making it. This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to.

Did not get delivery. Call center was rude. Took 45 minutes to get a resolution and a new order made.
They had everything I needed for my college football bowl games, but I must say that I was a little surprised at the cost of the wings, kinda pricey for what ordered. Other than that, everything was as expected.

2/3 interactions were grade A+++++ the Door Dasher Antonio & Shannon at the pizza Hut on US 40hwy. It's New Year's Eve(12.31.2023), their attitudes were still positive. They were great. Especially Shannon she made a sad situation way better. She was polite & prompt. Thank you so much, Shannon.Quick back story... I had anxious children. Pizza Hut's Customer service line was horrible and had me on hold for an hour, I hung up and called the store and spoke with Shannon who helped me out graciously.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and asked it to not be overcooked in the instruction section. (Our last one was really dry) Instead of extra sauce they gave us LESS sauce. Only about an inch or two all around next to the crust but absolutely no sauce in the middle. It was horribly dry and inedible. We had to throw it away. The receipt shows the instructions correctly. This pizza was free because I had used the points I have earned. Just because it was free is no excuse to make it horrible. I spent enough in the past on orders to earn it.
