Outsources with doordash. Dashers will steal your food. Manager will not take the blame for it or replace it and will tell you to contact doordash instead of contacting the driver themselves. Poor service. Not worth the wait.

Ordered delivery did not get order dasher entered it as delivered on his end so Pizza Hut did nothing to help and I ordered through the Pizza Hut app not door dash so how this ended up in DoorDash I have no clue but there was no help whatsoever from the manager on duty… Hats off to Jeremy for making it right came in today and he made sure that I was taken care of Jeremy is the only reason I changed the star status on this Review!!! God bless you and your family Jeremy this store definitely needs more people like you!!!

I've been on hold trying to order for over 20 minutes now. Their website sucks cause it doesn't want to work when ordering anything. It's ridiculous to make people wait over 20 minutes just to order. They answered said please hold and haven't picked up the phone since. Matter of fact I'm still on hold while I write this review. I understand being short handed and getting slammed with orders but be honest with your customers, say hey we are really busy at the moment It will be a bit . Finally get through and they use door dash to deliver my order. Door dash wants to charge me again and won't call the store to confirm it was already paid for. This is ridiculous and of course when I call back they want to hang up or put you back on hold for foreveryet again. Won't be ordering anything else from here again

That was by far the worst service, food experience I have probably ever had. Had to stand around in this tiny lobby if that's what you would call it waiting for an hour and a half. Just to get the wrong food nothing is what I ordered. I was not offered anything for a remedy no free drink nor pizza nothing to make up for this let alone my time wasted. I don't know about the other people but my time is valuable not just to me but to alot of people don't think I'll be going back to pizza hut anytime soon.
Such bad service that they offer at this Pizza Hut, it needs a whole new management system in place! Ordering carry out for a15 minute wait, is not true at all at this store! It’s been over an hour Such an inconvenience ‼️
