Love red Robin, although it's a little bit pricey for the burger you get. They never do get enough fries out for me though. Server was extremely nice though.
$70 for 2 folks with an appetizer. Bland. First round of fries were mushy, second time were hard as a rock. Would not recommend the chorizo dip.

Our server Jon was very attentive, made sure that he got our order written down correctly, continuously brought out refills sauce etc. and had a smile on his face the whole time. There was some miscommunication in the kitchen but my food was promptly remade. The manager Chris was apologetic and made sure we were satisfied with our meals. The entire staff went above and beyond, especially Jon and Chris!

When I arrived here with my family, I was rather ... unhappy. I rarely travel with younger children and making sacrifices to keep them happy is a new experience. I'm in KC for all of 14 hours, passing through. I should be eating several pounds of smoked and properly sauced meats from various animals! Alas, I found myself in a chain burger joint instead of one of the famous BBQ eateries I never miss while in town. I can say I left with a smile on my face though. Good food, fantastic attentive waiter (Johnathan) and this place proved to be a viable alternative to my usual choices.

We came in at lunch time during the week and wete seated quickly, menus and drink order given and taken Great food , was catching up with a buddy so we probably overstayed some but were treated very well and kept our drinks full.Great experience
They have the burgers and drinks and fries and everything else you want to eat and drink.

I would rather put 0 stars on this but I can't. The service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for our drinks. The server was not the best. I would rather drive to liberty to eat at Red Robin's ever again. My food was not even hot whatsoever. As soon as I waked in I figured it would be the best the best experience and the food would be amazing for my first time trying Red Robin. They did not ask how I wanted my egg on the royal Red Robin so therefore I got a raw egg. It smelled wonderful when we started eating it! Also they were not ever that busy at all.

Took some family members for there first time and I got a royal red Robbin burger my egg was not done and our food was luke warm to cold they were not busy at all and we would rather go liberty then back to this one ever again i do not recommend at all our food smelled great but was not
