This is my go to place. It's not perfect, but what establishment is these days? The lines are long in the drive through but it only takes approximately 1 minute per car, which isn't bad. It's very rare to have a rude barista. The drive thru staff are usually always friendly, talkative, and happy to exchange your product in the RARE event it's incorrect. If you go in, as others have mentioned, don't park by the front door or you could get blocked in by the drive thru. Luckily there is plenty of other parking available.

Went in to order coffee because drive thru was wrapped around the building. One female employee was working... ONE! Poor thing. It took 25 minutes to get coffee. Bless her heart, she was serving everyone to her capacity.

Closed while I waited in line for drive through pulled around and they put a sign up as I'm looking at them they are temporarily closed. This as at 1pm on a Thursday. I saw two workers counting there tips. I guess they decided to not work.

They will make an effort to be fast and accurate with whatever you order. It is way too pricey now, but that is out of the hands of this location. Despite the cost, everything I order is delicious and if it is wrong, I let them know and it is immediately remedied. If you go during a peak time there is a wait, but I see the workers doing a great job.

I came here this morning and I ordered a Carmel frappe and when I received it, it had no Carmel at all except a little on the top not even on the side so I went to the front and asked wasn’t it supposed to be Carmel all over and she just looked at me annoyed and just said ok.
