I am big on tipping even if it's a small business like subway because they are in fact serving me. Yesterday when I went in there I did tip the guy who helped my daughter and I. Today I did not tip and my daughter did not eat her food. The blonde older lady that was working was very loud when speaking to us or two other customers, she dropped my daughter's meatballs out of the wrap and even though it didn't completely hit the floor, she picked it up. Put it back on the bread since she was going to get us a new meatball then took the other meatball off the bread. Put a new one on the bread while all the whole time not using gloves. After she put the meatball back on there she put the cheese on the wrap and then decided to put clothes on after she had put the cheese and everything on there and then wrapped the wrap up. It's very unprofessional to be touching someone's food without gloves on. It is gross and disgusting because you never know what they have touched or anything before they have touched your food or if they've even washed their hands and that is why people require that you wear gloves when making someone's food for them. If I walk back into this store and she is working I will turn around and walk right back out. Or maybe I will send my friend who works for the health department and there and see what she does making her food.

I will never, ever go to this Subway again. And I will not be recommending this store either. My debit card was compromised by Subway end of January. I used it when I picked up a sandwich. One week later someone in NEW YORK, bought 2 sandwiches at a Subway with my debit card. Got a new card and told myself to pay cash if I ever ordered from this store. Didn't go back to Subway for at least 2 months. Walked in 3 days ago (March 9) two hours before they closed. Lady asks, "Can I help you? (As she is putting on gloves). I say,"Yes, I would like to order a footlong." She says, "Well, we have no bread." (In a rude tone) I was a bit shocked.......2 hours before closing and you can't make some bread? I turned and left. The very next day, (March 10) I thought I would try again. I walked in and saw 3 workers just standing there talking and laughing. One asked me "Are you picking up?" I said, "No, I haven't ordered yet." Then a lady says, "Well, it will be awhile. We have a lot of orders to do first." They all scattered and started picking up orders and making sandwiches. They were doing absolutely nothing when I walked in. After 5 minutes or so, a man walks in to pick up a call in order. They couldn't find his order. So I assume they needed to make his sandwich before they even took my order. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. Soon 2 more customers walk in. They were also asked "Are you picking up?" Both said "No." Same lady pipes up and says "It will be awhile." I had been standing there for 20 MINUTES now, 20 minutes!!! When I walked in, I was the only customer in there and 20 minutes later my order still had not been taken. I just stand there watching these three workers. It was apparent that they didn't want to be there. I finally just turned around and left. Never to stepinside that store again. Not worth the hassle. Debit card compromised, no bread 2 hours before closing and watching 3 people, working very, very slow, looking confused and acting like they just didn't care that there were 4 people in the lobby that haven't even put in their orders. If you are hungry for a Subway sandwich, DO NOT go to this one. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Honestly would never order here again!! The managers are COMPLETELY USELESS! If you have order issues they offer NO help they don’t answer the phones & when I asked them about it no one had anything to say it was just quiet because they know they don’t do their job I highly suggesting putting your money elsewhere! They should all be fired in my opinion

Probably need to reconsider who you leave in charge of an establishment. One lady in particular is quite unpleasant to interact with lol. No wonder this location has horrible reviews.

I order on the app because there are better deals, but then everytime we go to pick up the sandwiches they are out of bread or toppings or the cookies we want, and don't tell you until you call later. I ordered a pack of 6 cookies and got home and only had 4 so I call and they said they didn't have 6...well I paid for 6 lol. Very inconsistent. We got there one time and she said they were out of lettuce and plain bread so 2 sandwiches were made with wheat. Why not call us and ask if that is okay?

App changed from declined to voided to delivery and we never received the food then when I tried to call I was disconnected 6 times.

@ Melissa jones the store manager that was on speaker telling the kids too bad I live 20 minutes away etc after being held up on the phone for 15 min told it’s too late for them to remake my sandwiches they messed up. They literally did the reverse on each toppings on two different sandwiches. Now I’m being told they can’t do anything tonight and that Melissa the store manger hung up on them etc this is horrible they didn’t put right sauces or toppings. I will be calling corporate. She told the kid too bad it’s our policy that I’ll have to bring the sandwiches tomorrow to be remade or a refund. They didn’t put me on hold so I heard the manager Melissa tell them she didn’t care it’s policy and too bad I live further away. Too bad? Btw this was an online order but what a joke I will make sure you see what too bad means because this is completely not okay the way you talked about me not knowing or caring about half the situation and the way you talked to your staff.

If the owner actually cares about this place you need to seriously consider your staff and how to improve this store. It’s a disaster every time we go there and I always try to give multiple chances. We will not be going back. You have too many people behind the counter that don’t know what they’re doing and no one is in charge. Staff needs training and help. It’s a health hazard for anyone who eats there with all the chaos.

Waited 20+ minutes for two sandwiches, and my third sandwich was completely forgotten even though I mentioned it multiple times to the person making my order. Owners and management really need to step things

Longest wait ever. Been waiting 20 minutes at drive through. Not even busy

They could not keep up with orders and online order system is joke, it tells you preparing and ready. But in fact it was neither, we waited 30 more minutes longer In addition to the other 30 minutes, from originally ordering it. And store was full people waiting to order, likely behind the online orders.

One non toasted tuna takes 20 minutes with at least 3 people working they are slow and sarcastic won't come here again they think they are making the customer suffer and they laugh about it hmmmmmm not to mention zero common sense a foot long should be cut in half and they get paid how much wow minimum 15 dollars an hour give or take a dollar huh major deficit going on there but they are getting paid and so why shouldn't they just keep doing it like that. I wonder if they know what a shoppers report is laughing at them cause sooner or later you will be out and someone else will take your position shoppers reports are a real thing and their store reviews are terrible

The lady making my sandwiches was on her cell phone literally the whole time she was making sandwiches. Holding it between her ear and shoulder. Then she would touch her phone in between actions while wearing the same gloves she was making sandwiches with. Maybe she had something very important going on that she needed to be on the phone but it was still unacceptable. Took forever as well
