We had sandwiches from Subway in Independence MO a couple of days ago (we've been years-long Subway customers) ... both sandwiches were noticeably smaller than on previous purchases ... the bread - while it appeared to be 12" - was much smaller in diameter ... there was a distinct decrease in the amount of vegetable content and the meat portion was less than we've received previously .....I'm guessing Subway management - at the corporate level and the store level has succumbed to the lure of "shrinking the product to increase profits" .....But - delivery was prompt - THANX Driver !!!Maybe it's time to switch to Goodcents for store-bought sandwiches .....

This is my favorite subway in the area. Out of the 4 options I have I pick this one every time. There's one 3 mins from my house but I choose to drive 7mins for this location. Friendly staff. Food is never made sloppy. (yes, I'm picky about how you place things on the sandwhich) and the are very generous in the portions added.

remodeled with all new equipment behind the counter for staff and everything is brand new from the tables and chairs to the paint on the walls and floor. It looks great with lots of tables and chairs now.

I’m making this review due to the manager being rude I worked there for a pretty long time and she was always rude . Other than that the other ladies were always nice to me all the time I recommend this subway because it’s very clean but I just wanted to come to review the manager and this is also meant for corporate to get to me and the GM
There is a older lady that works here that is very rude to everyone including her fellow employees. She sits there and rolls her eyes and talks bad about customers and does not care who hears. I refuse to go to this location just due to her

ever since the subway has been under new ownership/franchise it has gone downhill. Today I received horrible customer service was charged $.65 extra for five strands of shredded cheese. I only asked for a little bit more cheese, because she initially only put 10 strands of cheese on my pizza. It used to be approx 1/4 cup of cheese came with the pizza. I realize that they are limited and have to weigh all of their ingredients but there is no way that she put the approved amount on the pizza in the first place. When the cashier rany me up the sandwich artist told him it's a veggie pizza with extra cheese. I asked if they were really going to charge me extra for five strands of cheese? The cashier shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it is. I asked how much and he shrugged his shoulders, turned around and then found it on the sign and pointed to it. Not speaking at all. I told the sandwich artist that if they are going to charge something extra, they should let the customer know. I just wanted the amount of cheese I was already paying for. They have become so stingy, but my main complaint was the cashiers attitude. He stood there with his arms folded, shrugging his shoulders, telling me that's how it is. He could care less. He did ask if I wanted to speak to a manager, which I declined because I would prefer to get to the franchise owner. Then he just stood there, and I asked if I could actually get my total so I knew what I was being charged as it was not on the screen. He gave it to me I put my card in he gave me my receipt and left my pizza box just sitting on the counter, not offering to hand it to me, sliding it towards me or anything so I had to reach over to grab the pizza box I had paid for and I asked for napkins as they usually offer napkins, he pointed to the drink area. I am not trying to get this employee fired. I am trying to make the franchise owner aware that they need some better training. I realize it is hard to get good help, but the answer is not just a fire everybody that performs badly. They need to be trained properly with some customer service not just on how to make a sandwich. And how to not give it to anybody more than the bare minimum. I am upset with myself for paying for the pizza and not just leaving it there.

I just want to say thank you to Jessica for really being a team player. She was taking all the sandwich orders then finishing them. She was quick despite there being a line. Thank you I will definitely be coming back because of you! The lady at the counter was being a bit grouchy with her and she still kept that smile on her face and kept it moving! ❤️

Came here Saturday for a wrap. Place was very clean, ladies were very friendly. My friend had to use the restroom and came saying, That bathroom is super clean. I always have someone to go check it for me before I go. Those ladies had it going on here!! Thank you for a clean experience, Lily and I can’t think of the other young ladies name!! Keep up the good work!!
