Staff is rude and disrespectful! I placed two separate orders and sent someone to pick them both up with both order numbers. Manager accused my friend of stealing, allowed him to take MY ORDER but not his own. He left without a meal or refund.

Tried some of their new cantina chicken menu. The taste of the items themselves was pretty good but I was massively disappointed in the cantina chicken burrito. It says on the menu it has 2x chicken but the burrito they gave me was smaller and weighed less then one of their dollar menu burritos. I expected it to be more like the grilled stuffed burritos used to be but it was nowhere even close. The chicken cantina Taco I got had more on it than the burrito that cost twice as much. Maybe it's just because it's a new item and they don't know how to make it correctly yet but it was sad.

i had a semi serious time sensitive emergency and they refused to let me use the restroom because i hadn't placed my order yet. will never come back not worth the attitude of employees and bad treatment during a winter weather advisory.

Store was filthy, the assistant manager isn’t customer service oriented, then to avoid confrontation with this woman, I asked for the district managers number, so because I had to hear her roar she wouldn’t give me the information but continued to argue with me. No it wasn’t till I got there and talked to a training manager Brandon did I get the number with a very civil conversation between him and I, then when I was talking with Brandon she decided to try an taunt my from the back of the cook line. Very very very disappointed in the absolute poor customer service at this location, I would like to hear back from Taco Bell and the district manager.
Good go to for fast food. Never disappointed.
